I purchased a pair of jeans on March 25 and have contacted customer service via email several times because I want to return the jeans for a refund. I have already purchased the same jeans in a different size, so I just want to get a refund to my credit card. No matter how I contact them, they just send a "we've received your inquiry" type of response and then they never follow up with a label for the return. I don't know the address to send them back to, and I want my money back!
