Man, I really wish I had checked out them other negative reviews before I took the plunge and made my first order with this total disaster of a company, Me and Em. Let me tell ya, they really messed up big time. They sent me the completely wrong item, like, how hard is it to get an order right? And don't even get me started on their so-called "free international return" policy. That's a load of baloney, my friend. I tried to return the item, but their return label was straight-up rejected by every single post office I went to. Talk about a major inconvenience.

But wait, it gets even better. Their customer service? Yeah, good luck getting a response from them. I've been waiting for help for nearly two whole weeks now, and still nothing. It's like they don't even care about their customers or their hard-earned money. So yeah, I can pretty much kiss my cash goodbye. Lesson learned, folks. Me and Em won't be seeing any more of my business, that's for sure.

I gotta say, the customer service at Me and Em is seriously lacking. I mean, seriously, it's like they don't even care about their customers. So here's the deal, right? I bought myself three pairs of trousers from them, and let me tell you, they were all super nice. But then, I go and put on this brand-spankin' new pair, and guess what? They're way shorter than the others! Like, way too short for me. Can you believe it?

So, I figure, no biggie, I'll just hit up their customer service and get a replacement or a refund, right? Wrong. They don't wanna hear it. Apparently, because I took off the labels, they won't do anything for me. Can you believe that? I mean, come on, who keeps the labels on their clothes anyway? It's not like I'm planning on returning them, you know?

Anyway, my point is, don't go assuming that this brand is all about taking care of their customers. Nah, they're all about those high prices, though. I mean, seriously, they never seem to change. So, if you're looking for some fancy pants and you don't mind the lack of customer service, then go ahead and give Me and Em a shot. But if you're like me and you want a brand that actually cares about their customers, well, you might wanna look elsewhere. Just sayin'.

The item I received from Me and Em was not accurately described. The jumper I purchased was a whole 10cm shorter than what was advertised, and to be honest, it wasn't very well made either. I mean, come on, they were asking for ?125 for it, even though it was on sale! Can you believe that?

I immediately sent an email to their customer service, but it's been a whopping 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them. Can you imagine the frustration? It's like they don't even care about their customers! I wouldn't dream of buying from them again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

What really disappoints me is seeing popular bloggers like Emma Louise Connolly and Claire Rose Cliteur continuously collaborating with this company. It makes me question their authenticity and whether they truly value their customers' experiences. I mean, if they're endorsing a brand that doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction, can we really trust their recommendations? It's a real shame.
