Facelif
A year and a half after having a mini facial lift, Dr. Renato Calabria. located in beverly hills. It left me feeling bad about my face, it seems like nothing was done to me and I left a lump on my cheeks and my cheekbones swollen and a hole in my cheeks and the scars are terrible, I have to cover them all the time so they don't show. But the most frustrating thing was the recovery of something that is not supposed to be so invasive. I am still in recovery and sore and my cheekbones are numb whenever I consult with him he is indifferent to my complaints I made a bad choice with this doctor. very bad. And I know there are many complaints about him from people who have suffered the same as me. If anyone can help me how to sue it I would appreciate it.
Using my pic and uneven Brestimplant
Dr. Calabria made hundreds of thousands of dollars off of my pictures I had asked him several times I asked his office I called Rancho Maria's Beverly Hills take my photos down I contacted an attorney she is now retired I also contacted another attorney who she referred me to pointers I am left with
Uneven Brest and it is taken me years to recover from the numbness in my face.
In the recovery center they have never seen anyone so ill with projectile vomiting terrible anesthesiologist I'm surprised I survived that surgery.
Desired outcome: I want restitution for all the years that Dr. Calabria has use my pictures to make money and I want my breast implants taken out one is the size B the other one is a size C
This review is plain false: I never had a Maria working for my practice, I don’t use pictures without the express consent of the patient. Even if it is a false review my take is that if the dr used her pictures the results must be very good

Vertical lift temporal brow lift blepharoplasty
I had the a blepheroplasty, temporal brow lift and face/neck lift which the doctor calls "vertical lift" surgery per recommendations of dr. Calabria and I already developed jowls and festoons she also has a double chin this is horrible work I just came back from a plastic surgeons office and he told me how the incisions were unprofessionally placed on her face he told me that it is going to cause major scarring and I already have developed webbed eyes! It was rushed! Her eyelids are heavy she cannot properly open them as she did before which is causing her to not only look crazy but to have impaired vision. The incisions are also marked differently as spoken with the surgeon today. My scars are stretching I have sagging specially on one side of my face and lumps plus festoons my ears are connected to my face they are dragged he has ruined my ears!. Asymmetrical work! I refuse to keep on waiting as it's getting worse and worse as I wait my results look horrible. This whole situation has been one of the most terrible experiences we've been through. This stuff is terrible they treated me horribly as well as a nurse called mary james catherine please stay far away she scammed me and demanded a payment of 3200 for less than 24hrs which she slept showered and watch tv. Stay away from this place I am warning you. I will be posting several videos describing my horrible experience!

Yup, he did the same to me 4 years ago. Uneven ears. One is 1/2 inch lower than the other. Scars that are horrible behind my ears and back of my neck. He left lumps, festoons, scar tissue that you can see the lumps under my eyes. There's a lump on the left side of my face exactly like many of the other reviewers' photos. He also told me I would need 2 facelifts AFTER the fact and lied and told me he told me that prior to choosing him. I would think if he really said that a line of questions would follow, such as, 2 facelifts, why, how much, how soon after, etc. NOt one other surgeon I was interviewing told me that but supposedly Calabria said that to me. He did a horrible job on me. I luckily am able to hide it, but sadly will have to do another surgery. He's arrogant and pompous and not honorable. I hope everyone reads this and that you make sure choices wisely. Oh... don't get sucked in by his phony photos. He uses the worst lighting for the befores, showing every single defect and the a halo light for the afters that shows a glowing perfect face. It's all BS!

Jan Bisno's cosmetic surgery experience with Dr. Calabria was horrific. She was left with terrible scars, an egg-shaped bump on her forehead, a divot on her temple, a pucker on her cheek, a loose forehead and neck.
Calabria had many explanations for these occurrences. Calabria was deposed and he had completely different explanations during his deposition. I will be posting the deposition of Calabria shortly.
Ms. Bisno went back many times requesting Calabria solve the problems he had created. He responded with, lies, excuses, blind eyes and deaf ears.
In the beginning, Calabria promised, holding Ms. Bisno's hand, looking deep into her eyes that she should not see any other cosmetic surgeon. He promised her, "I will do the best job of anyone.".
Those facts didn't suit his litigation position where, in his deposition, he appears to have doctored his notes so as to advise Ms. Bisno he said he could not fix her.
Allowing that Calabria was on medical board probation for cooking the books, his recent deposition testimony appears fraudulent. Ms. Bisno has retained a handwriting expert, a former consultant to the FBI, to look at Calabria's notes. Unsurprisingly, Calabria's lawyers are fighting tooth and nail to delay or avoid such a document inspection.
There have been allegations Calabria exposed himself to other patients, and many complaints of sloppy work.
During the investigation of Calabria, and the deposition, when pressed by information from an expert Ms. Bisno retained, the evidence shows that Calabria failed to stop her operation and remove foreign material from her face and have it analyzed by a pathologist. This shortcut damaged Ms. Bisno. Unsurprisingly, Ms. Bisno only learned about Calabria's activities through her expert after reviewing Calabria's notes.
Even Calabria's own witness, Dr. Dubrow, acknowledged that there will be costs in the tens of thousands of dollars to correct the work performed on Ms. Bisno.
Dr. Calabria is a conman, a downright creepy guy, whose brushes with the medical board and his past patients are easy to research. Ms. Bisno will see him in court.
We met and resolved the matter.
This review is full of false and misleading information. This particular patient had previous facelift by another doctor which left her with some residual issues that needed to be correct. Her results were excellent, and I wish I could show you her before and after pictures to demonstrate how good she looks but obviously, for privacy reasons, I'm not allowed to do so.
Dr Drubow, an excellent plastic surgeon and the star of the show Botched, reviewed the case as a legal expert, and stated that the result were excellent, and he did not find anything below the standard of care.
At the end, the person who wrote the review was forced to remove but the website rules state that reviews are not allowed to be removed event tough they contain false and defamatory information.
That is the way it works on the internet.
I have performed close to 10 thousand procedures and the percentage of unhappy patients is 0.02%.
I believe the patients have the right to voice complains but not state facts that are clearly false.

Yup, he's a charlton, conman, arrogant and a terrible surgeon. He lied to me, saying afterwards in regards to his botched job, that he TOLD me that I would need 2 facelifts (he never did as I know I would have questioned what that meant, cost, timeframe, etc) and when we asked for the operative notes, it was listed in there as well, meaning he doctored and liked on his notes. More and more people I know say this about him and I have been quiet, but being that i am in the business, I have told everyone I know about how bad he is. That's my karma. His nurse was our nurse and told me he was the best in the business. I read someone elses review about his nurse and I too had a bad horrible experience with her when she stayed over and took care of me. She did nothing. Waste of money. DO NOT USE CALABRIA. I HOPE HE GETS WHAT HE DESERVES

Facelift
Date of surgery Feb 2016. This doctor is a fraud. He did a facelift and ruined my face and then told me that he should have told me that I needed two facelifts, not one. All other plastic surgeons told me that he is a fraud and that I never needed two facelifts. He also left me with lumps from fat, scars, festoons under my eyes (which were not there before...

Did not tell me before my surgery that I needed to have two facelifts to fix my neck. He told me AFTER my surgery when my neck was far worse than even before, that he SHOULD have told me that he could not do the correct surgery in one attempt. Others Surgeons told me that was ethical not to tell me.
He mutilated my ears and left fat lumps in my face.
Do not use him he’s a con man!

Dr. Calabria misled me as to the fact that he had never been sued by a patient (I have his e-mails to prove it).
