I ordered a product that was sold out, but instead of removing it from their website, they still let me purchase it. I was excited to get my hands on it, so I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping. However, they claimed that they could not see my pictures because they were afraid of getting a virus. I was frustrated that they were not able to help me after a week of waiting. I even reformatted the pictures three separate times to make sure they were viewable. When I asked if I could send them over social media, they told me that the social media person could not help me.

Before sending the pictures to DopeBoo for the second and third times, I sent them to another email to make sure they were viewable. They were, so I am not sure why DopeBoo was having trouble seeing them. I am also not sure why they were so reluctant to help me replace the banger.

Overall, my experience with DopeBoo was not great. I was disappointed that they did not remove sold-out products from their website and that they were not able to help me when I received a damaged product. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.

I even reached out on September 20th, and a team member told me they were still working on shipping orders. But then I followed up again on September 23rd, September 30th, and even October 18th - and still no response. It's like they just didn't care about my issue at all.

Honestly, I'm pretty upset about the whole thing. I'm a first responder, and I was really looking forward to relaxing with this piece after a long day at work. But now I'm out $262.98 and I have a broken piece to show for it. It's just not right.
