I recently had an experience with FanCustom and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I had heard about this website from a friend and decided to give it a try. However, I wish I had read some reviews before making my purchase. I found out the hard way that this company is absolutely incompetent and a straight up con artist.

I started off by ordering a test product worth $200 and was satisfied with the jersey I received. So, I decided to place a bigger order worth $700. However, things went downhill from there. The second batch of jerseys I received were all made incorrectly and the colors were all wrong. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I tried to communicate with the company to get the issue resolved, but it took several weeks and tons of miscommunication on their part. I provided them with references and made it extremely easy for them to understand what I wanted. However, they still couldn't get it right.

To make matters worse, instead of sending me the correct jerseys, they just sent me the patches and expected me to sew them on the old jerseys. I mean, seriously? Is this how a professional company operates?

I want to warn others about this company. They are con artists and commit fraud daily. They pretend to not understand, but it's clear that they are just trying to rip people off. Don't be fooled by their initial good product. It's not worth the headache and frustration that comes with dealing with them.
