I went into your store at Labrador and was treated with sincerity and kindness and made an order on 24 Jan 2025 order no. DPSU35504. I had trouble with the first installer they sent out as he asked for extra money to put a door stopper on my front door which I had already spoken to labrador and while ringing them to clarify this he left - I then received a call that he was not feeling well and they made an appt for 2 days later and another installer came out - he was lovely and had no problem installing the door stopper but he did do some damage to my front entrance and I told him not to worry about it. About a month later I noticed that there was damage to the front door and contacted labrador to advise them of this with images of the problem I spoke to a gentleman named Sam. I actually only conversed with him once on the phone and continuously by emails the other occasions. He came up with so many presumptions but finally sent someone out to remove the door and install a new one as it was found that the door was damaged before installation and the crack was caused by a nail and the door actually didn't fit my door entrance and that is why I have had continuous trouble with this door. I have now been advised after a long time that they can possibly fit it on Tuesday29/4 (but hasn;t been confirmed). I have asked for compensation for the door entrance but this man continuously ignores me.
Claimed loss: I have continuous problems trying to close the door every night
Desired outcome: I want to be compensated for the delay and for the damage to my door entrance.
