I have ordered some Pizzas from the Domino’s Website on September 27, 2025 the pizzas costed $54.32 once I have received the pizzas I have noticed that My local Domino’s location didn’t even cut the pizzas and the pizzas was undercooked Also The Pizzas had no sauce (As Shown in The Picture) so I obviously called the Domino’s Service Team about this issue and requested a Domino’s gift card of the amount of $55 they said to me to just wait until my local Domino’s location to contact me so they can be able to resolve my issue. A week has passed and no contact from my local Domino’s location so I contacted the dominos service team again to let them know that my local Domino’s didn’t contact me then the service team reply back saying that they did receive a response on their systems from my local Domino’s saying that they willing to offer credits then the domino’s customer service said to give it 3 days at max if they don’t contact me then contact the domino’s service team and we will resolve this issue so after 3 days and still no contact from my local Domino’s again so I contact the domino’s customer service again explaining my issue then the domino’s customer service place me on hold while they try to get that $55 Domino’s pizza gift card that I had requested for. After some time has passed the customer service got back to me saying the best they can do is a $25 Domino’s gift card.

Desired outcome: I just need Domino’s to give me a $30 Domino’s gift card for the constant inconvenience.
