Domino's Pizza USA review: Food

Hello,

I am filing a complaint about a pizza I ordered for my kids and me. I ordered the pizza on Saturday, November 4, 2023. I ordered a Cheese Pizza for my kids. Also, I ordered a Pepperoni and beef pizza for myself. I did not check the pizza when I picked it up from the store pick-up window. When I got home... I fixed the pizza for my kids and me. I still did not check the pizza before we all ate, because I thought the pizza would be fine and good to eat. I gave my kids their cheese pizza. And I ate a few slices of pepperoni and beef pizza. As we were all eating... my 3-year-old son started screaming and hollering at the top of his lungs saying, "Mommy a bug in my pizza"! At first, I thought it was an actual bug that flies, but it wasn't. It was a ROACH cooked inside of my son's cheese pizza. I did take pictures of the slice of pizza that has the roach in it. Also, I went to the store to talk to the manager about the situation of my pizza. The manager stated, "There was nothing they could do," but cook another pizza or give me a refund in cash payment! I told them that I did not want another pizza, and just gave me a full refund for the cheese pizza; which they did.
