Carolina Ale House - Augusta, GA -is NOT a family-friendly sports-themed restaurant- LOUSY FOOD SERVICE; my experience there was a nightmare, my food wasn't cooked right & it was cold! My friends also hated the food service, They have lousy waitresses & inexperienced waiters; Carolina Ale WAS best known for food (burgers, wings, steaks, salads, appetizers, desserts), BUT lately, for the past 2 years, their professionalism & quality in food has definately gone DOWNHILL! The Servers all have attitude problems, & if you're a black customer; then you'll really get the shaft!

Bad food Wings were fatty greasy tasted old Waster 25 dollars on 18 wings. Ruined by party. I got salmon and vegetables. Sooo greasy. Very disappointed with the quality of food for a 60.00 bill
