I went to DKC Auto Service, LLC to get my car door handle fixed
I went to DKC Auto Service, LLC to get my car door handle fixed. They replaced it last summer, but it broke again after three months. I called them, and they said they would fix it for free. I went to their shop over the weekend to remind them of the issue, but they said they needed to order the part, which would take 3-5 days. When I went back today, the owner was very rude to me and swore at me when I asked if they would reimburse me for the part if I found it myself. He said they wouldn't do the job for free because they didn't break it. I told him that I was told it would be covered, but he refused to tell me his name and told me to report him. I found his name on Google. I want a refund for the work they did on my door handle and reimbursement for the part. Can you help?
