Dividend Finance and solar installation companies such as Vision Solar leave consumers at their mercy with little to no meaningful assistance. When Vision Solar went bankrupt, Dividend Finance continued to enforce its demands despite knowing that homeowners lack the financial resources to pursue legal action.
As a result of this failed partnership, consumers are left with nonfunctional systems, damaged credit, and no practical recourse. Dividend Finance places the burden and fault on the homeowner, even though it was their chosen contractor and financing arrangement that created the situation. This effectively leaves homeowners with their hands tied while their credit and financial stability are harmed through no fault of their own.
