Discount Tire review: $850 in damage to my car — zero remorse

Don’t let this happen to you. What started as a slow leak turned into a bent brake line following negligent tire service, resulting in $850 in damage to my vehicle.

I calmly explained the situation to management and provided documentation and evidence from my dealership. Despite this, Discount Tire refused to take responsibility or make things right.

The lack of accountability and complete absence of remorse were incredibly disappointing. When a business makes a mistake, the least customers should expect is honesty, accountability, and a willingness to resolve the issue.
