Site is structured as a scam. Hidden costs and limitations. Cost for the service is not explained right up front along with the fact that the phone or device needs to be checked first to make sure it can even accept an unlocking code. None of this is simply explained at the beginning as it should be. Difficult to find the terms of service document buried in small print at the bottom of the page. Full costs for the service are not provided on the site. When the service fails to unlock device for fee charged at least a partial refund should be provided. A credit note is not sufficient.
