DirectUnlocks review: Order #13351826 - refusal to refund remaining $24

DirectUnlocks failed to provide the unlock code for my device. Out of the total $78 paid, they only issued a partial refund of $54. They are stalling and refusing to process the remaining $24 refund, claiming non-existent bank procedures instead of issuing the ARN. Support has stopped replying to tickets.

I am demanding the immediate refund of the remaining $24.
