Per Gruv they are no longer providing return labels you can print yourself. According to them you have to take a QR code to the post office and have them print it. Saving you from having a miserable experience like I had. I ordered the Bourne 4K limited edition collection (with the backpack) weeks ago. It finally shipped out December 13th via USPS (already a red flag but whatever). It was then stuck in transit for 5 DAYS from December 20th-December 25th in the city I live. No attempt to make delivery. And USPS comes here all the time with no issues. Then as if it couldn’t get any worse, the item was shipped back today to GRUV. I finally got ahold of GRUV and told them the situation. They said the item is out of stock and can’t be shipped even though the item I PAID FOR and was supposed to be delivered to me was sent back without my knowledge or consent. They are unwilling to ship me the item I already purchased. What a joke of a company. I have never had a problem like this with Amazon or even EBay. They try to pull you in with these “amazing deals” but the terrible shipping and mediocre customer service is not worth saving any type of $. I’d rather pay a little more and go through a more reputable company than go through this experience with GRUV again.
Recommendation: ABSOLUTELY NOT. Shop elsewhere.
