So, I had a guy from DiGiorgi Roofing and Siding, Mr. Al V, come over to our crib on 10/5. We had used them before and signed up for more work, like windows and some fancy-schmancy Certainteed siding that was extra long and cost more. We paid some money upfront for both jobs, but then Mr. V got exposed to Covid-19 and we got worried because we're high risk. So, we had to put the project on hold. Then, they told us the extra long siding wasn't available and wouldn't be until 2021. But they never said anything about it being more expensive or not available anymore. Then, in Aug. 2021, Mr. V finally told us the truth and blamed us for it taking so long. We asked for our down-payment back, but still haven't gotten the check. Mr. V said they sent it 12 days ago, but we still haven't seen it. Can someone help us out here?

I got a deck put in by DiGiorgi Roofing and Siding Company in August . But there's a part of the deck step that's not done. They cut the piece too short and now the wood and concrete are showing. I told Anthony about it and he said he'd send someone out. But it's been a week and I haven't heard anything. I got another call from them asking about my deck experience, which has been pretty bad so far. I told them again about the step and the girl said "oh maybe he forgot" and transferred me to Anthony. I told him again about the step and he asked me to text him pictures, which I did on Sept 16. But I never heard back from him. I left him a message on Friday Sept 18 and on Monday 9/21 I contacted Ed R who was the sales person I worked with at DiGiorgi. I told Ed in my email about the issues I was having and that I never got any warranty paperwork or care instructions for the deck. I also sent him pictures (same ones I sent to Anthony) and told him I never heard back from Anthony. But Ed never responded either.

I saw an ad from DiGiorgi Roofing & Siding offering 50% off fencing. I met with their rep on 4/30/22 and got a free assessment. They quoted me $14,000.00 for materials and labor, which seemed like a lot, but I went for it since it was being financed. The rep said it would take 4-8 weeks. But since I signed the loan approval, they never contacted me in person or in writing to say there was a delay in getting the materials. I had to call them to find out. This lack of communication has been going on and still is. On 8/12/22, they left the materials in my yard and promised to start work on 8/15/22. But on that day, two guys came by and said they were missing materials and left. The company didn't contact me or explain why the work couldn't start with what they delivered. Once again, the lack of communication and being taken for granted. I talked to someone at DiGiorgi who said someone should have explained what was going on. He said the materials are in stock and work should start on Thursday/Friday. But today is Friday, 8/19/22, and I haven't seen or heard from anyone. I don't want to do business with this company anymore and I want them to remove the materials they left in my backyard. I feel like we're being held hostage to poor, overpriced service.
