I used the Sonavil tinnitus relief treatment purchased from Amazon. It quickly made my tinnitus MUCH MUCH WORSE. I tried to contact the company about it. They ignored me, and ignored my request for a refund. To date I still haven't gotten any response from them. They also seem to have lots of fake reviews on the Amazon.com page they sell on. I ordered "size zero" patch, which came with money back guarantee with no time limit to return. I used one package and returned 4 unopened. I waited a month for refund and got nothing. I called to see why and they claim they have no return. I did not get it back if the post office couldn't deliver it, they got it. They didn't have to sign anything so they pretend they didn't get it and sold it to somebody else.

This company has deceptive business practices. There hypnosis seminar does not work and they pressure you into buying weight loss products that do not work as well. They do not point out that there is a specific period for returning their weight loss products and refuse to take it back and credit you when requested. These seminars do not work; do not waste your time and money; buyers beware!
