I ordered this product February 28, 2019 (Order ID #5935296) for their free trial bottles plus bonus bottles (total of 5) and when I got the confirmation email it was $270 Cdn. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order and called them directly and was told they could not cancel the order because it was already being processed! They emailed me instructions on how to return the bottles but when it arrived (I was not at home but my son was) had to pay an additional $35 Cdn for shipping! I didn't know what to do. It would cost me more money to return the product which I didn't want in the first place! So I tried a bottle and instead of losing weight I put on weight! They extended my return policy by another 3 months (120 days) and I finally returned the bottles on July 9th, 2019 including a letter with the RMA # [protected] and Order #. I have contacted them again several times by email and I keep getting the same standard reply: "As you were not able to provide a tracking number, I am unable to provide you with an update on your refund at this time. As instructed in the RMA notification sent to you, we require the package to be tracked so we can ensure the package is delivered to our fulfillment center. Once your return package is matched to your account, your refund will be processed. "
Todate I have received $100 credit after I have threatened to expose them. I stated in my letter that I wanted a full refund plus the cost of shipping (totalling $305). I generously did not including the $18 for returning the bottles! I just want this resolved asap!
