Dick's Sporting Goods review: Gift card and customers service

I recently tried to redeem a Dicks gift card that was given to me by my husband for Christmas, it appears the funds were stolen off the card.
When I Called the customer service number, they advised me card was used the day after Christmas. I am confident, I was not shopping on that day. They transferred me to another number to explain the situation again. The Lady that answered was rude and told me that she could not provide any information, even though the first person was able to view the details she would not provide any, I ask for her Name and she refused to give me her name. This was a very bad experience. I will not be a customer of Dicks any longer.
