According to older users, the 403 error began appearing some time within the year 2022 and have prevented new users and some old users access to the website. This was resolved by editing the hosts file afterwards, yet it has begun occurring again since 2023.9.23 and it's confirmed by multiple users in the People's Republic of China.
The error messages goes as follows:

This is probably caused by a misconfiguration of CloudFront, and we wish it to be repaired asap as we have been unable to access the web site at all and greatly interfering the sharing of my work.
Desired outcome: I would like a response to at least suggest the nature of this issue and the approximate time to repair it. At best, I would like it repaired as soon as possible.
