So, I ordered a painting from ElephantStock and it finally arrived after international shipping. But guess what? I had to pay an extra 100 bucks for taxes! That was a real bummer, man. But let me tell you, the painting itself was worth it. The colors were so vibrant and the quality was top-notch. I hung it up in my living room and it really ties the whole space together. I also appreciate that ElephantStock offers a wide variety of art styles to choose from. I had a hard time deciding which one to get because there were so many great options. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase despite the unexpected tax fee. I would definitely recommend ElephantStock to anyone looking for high-quality art at a reasonable price.

That's when things started to go downhill. When I got to the shipping section, I saw that they were charging me $103 for shipping. What the heck?! I thought this was supposed to be free shipping! I was pretty upset about this, so I reached out to their customer service team for help.

I spoke with a woman named Sylvia, who was not very helpful at all. She basically told me that there was nothing she could do and that I had to pay the shipping fee if I wanted my order to be processed. I asked to speak with her supervisor, and she connected me with a guy named Lee.

Lee was no better than Sylvia. He was rude and unhelpful, and he basically told me the same thing she did. He said that if I didn't pay the shipping fee, they would cancel my order. I was so frustrated at this point that I just decided to cancel the order myself.

I was really disappointed with my experience with ElephantStock. I felt like they were being dishonest by advertising free shipping and then charging me an exorbitant amount for it. I would not recommend shopping with them.

Instead, I would suggest checking out iCanvas. They are a much more honest and reputable company, and they have a great selection of wall art. Save yourself the headache and shop with them instead.

So, I ordered this piece from ElephantStock on May 11th and it's been a hot minute since I've seen any movement on my order. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but they haven't been getting back to me. I've sent two emails and haven't heard anything back yet. I even tried calling, but all the agents are busy and I never got a call back. It's starting to feel like they don't care about my order at all.

Honestly, I'm getting pretty fed up with this whole situation. I just want to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being ignored and that my money isn't being valued. I'm hoping that I can get my money back soon so I can move on from this whole ordeal.

I recently purchased a beautiful picture from ElephantStock and while the image itself was stunning, I had some trouble with the canvases not lining up properly. It was quite a hassle trying to hang it up in my professional office, as I couldn't seem to get the canvases and the picture frame to align properly. It was frustrating to say the least, and it ended up looking like we couldn't even hang a picture correctly! I don't think I'll be purchasing a 3 canvas piece again anytime soon. Despite this issue, I do appreciate the quality of the image itself and the overall look of the piece.

I recently made a purchase from ElephantStock and ordered a 4 panel picture. I must say that the description of the product wasn't too clear and I ended up with a different size than I expected. I thought each panel was 24x14", but it turned out to be the whole picture. I was a bit disappointed with this, but I decided to keep it anyway.

However, I did inquire about the return policy just in case I changed my mind. Unfortunately, I was told that I would have to pay to ship it back to the USA. This was a bit of a letdown for me, as I was hoping for a more customer-friendly return policy.

Despite this, I must say that the picture overall wasn't bad for the prices. It was a decent quality and looked good on my wall. I'm just a bit wary of ordering from this company again, as I don't want to end up with another product that doesn't meet my expectations.

In the end, I decided to try and sell the picture on Marketplace to hopefully recover some of the costs. I'm not sure if I would recommend this company to others, but if you do decide to order from them, just be aware of the potential issues with their product descriptions and return policy.

Horrible! What I was expecting to get was suppose to say GATHER. However, it does not. There appears to be a G and A but definitely not an R. Also the G on the picture that I bought from is very different from the G I re wives. Very frustrated as I was excited about what I ordered for OVER $200.

False advertising! My picture was delivered today and it was much smaller than promised. So disappointed. I wanted to return it, and they said it would cost $12 for shipping and 25% restocking fee.
The advertisement of the picture is shown above a sofa, so it gives the impression that you're getting that size. Less than 20 inches wide rather than 24 inches.

I want them to replace the pictures for my hair salon because they arrived defective. One of the parts as split into two pieces and this is certainly unacceptable.
I have already let them known, but it seems like they don't really care. I got no response from them.
I emailed once again yesterday. I thought that maybe they didn' receive my email, who knows...
Please, look into the matter and response asap. Thanks.
