DermStore review: 100% failures

I have bought 3 times from Dermstore. The first time, I bought a duo pack of the Elta MD sunscreen. When I opened the box, there was only a single box. I called and asked them to send the other one. They said I needed to send back the single box to get the duo pack. I was frustrated but they said it would throw off thier inventory. I obliged and sent back the single box. It took over a month for them to say they recieved it and when they sent me back two, they sent me 2 single packs! So there was no duo pack, and they could have just send me the missing item in the first place!

The second order i bought 2 of the Skin Medica TNS Advanced serum. BOTH BOXES WERE EXPIRED! It took over 2 months of back and forth for them to send me back the new product. It was finally resolved but took a lot of time and headache just to get it.

The third time I bought 2 of the Medik8 Liquid peptides. What do you know, only one box! This just happened so no resolution yet but I will not buy from Dermstore again. The literally failed 100% of the time.
