Two years ago in 2024, My son had a filling filled. I received a bill 2026 for 162.89. i called the office and they didn't return my calls.I called the insurance company and they explained they would have paid the bill if they would have submitted the claim in time. They said they missed the deadline of submitting the claim, It was over a year. So, I called the office back and the billing department said she would take care of it. I assumed that meant writing it off. well, I just received the same bill again wanting payment. They want me to pay for them not doing their job 2 years ago.
