I have purchased a Roller-Ball pen before Christmas 2013, meant to be a gift for exchange.
I went down to their office to redeem the product but was told it's out of stock and will send to me before Christmas at no cost.
Today is already 6th February 2014 and I have received no product nor refund. You may visit them at Facebook under Deal.com.sg and you will see lots of complains against them.
I urge consumers to bd careful with this shopping site.
I booked an appointment last saturday (1st Nov 2014) for hair rebonding deal. I was forced to top up additional funds on top of what I paid for this deal. I was asked to top up $128 at first, then the staff tried asking me to top up $88, and finally $68. The staff then said "you don't want to top right? Then sorry we cannot rebond your hair". I questioned her once more, asking if she will rebond my hair by honouring the deal i bought, and to which she said no. She told me to get my refund from deals.
I bought a deal, expecting that a deal is a deal. I was not expecting to be extorted of more money. If this merchant is trying their luck with their advertised deals by placing a false deal/advertisement and expecting to extort more money from potential customers, it is outright dishonesty and it should not be condoned. I will consider filing a formal complaint to CASE.
