I went through the exact same thing with Dazzle White. In fact, I got so frustrated with this whole ordeal that I actually went out and invested in the domain http://www.DazzleWhiteScam.com to let people know about this BEFORE they get stuck in the same situation.

A couple of tips to help you get your money back (posted by users at the site above):

1. Call them before they ship anything to you - yes, you have to ship that little tube back within 14 days of the order.

2. They HATE chargebacks. You can call your credit card company and have them reverse the funds. For a good example - see this post: http://bit.ly/zHmn7

3. Insist that THEY cancel the order to the subscriptions that they automatically enroll you into. It takes a bit, but they are willing to do it if you press hard enough on them. See the comments on this blog posting for a step-by-step example: http://bit.ly/9Liac

4. By just mentioning the fact that you may call your CC company and have them issue a chargeback, Dazzle White (scam) will be willing to reverse the charge themselves - they are penalized heavily when the CC company reverses the charge - aka it costs them money.

DazzleWhite False statements/false adversiting

I read about a women who did resurch on her own to simply find a web site that "not only saves you money" but whitens you teeth. It's all ove the place. DON'T believe it. It is a rip off. It drained my bank account to the point of bounced checks and their only response is that I did not read the 15 day trial period? BS they send you the information the day they start sucking the money from your account...DON'T do it. If it sounds to good to be true...IT IS

DazzleWhite Fraud/Non disclosure of automatic sign-up with Dazzle White sister companies

I signed up for a free trial of Dazzle White product only with the understanding of non-refundable shipping charges. Then, I had money taken out of my account 2 separate times, first by a company named Insider Secret Services, then C0mprehensive Weight Loss. I was told that when I signed up for Dazzle White's product it automatically gave them the right to withdraw from my account. To date, I haven't received product from either company. I went back and read the agreement I signed with Dazzle White but found this information to be hard to really spot, almost buried. It's important to disclose such information up front. It might as well had stated that Dazzle White can sign you up for the Army there is nothing you can do about it because you agreed. Terrible way to do business. It's frustrating to have these companies just withdraw money from my bank account and then refuse to reimburse the entire amount. I wanted Dazzle White's product, no more no less. Give me back my money and stay away from my bank account.

Just learning how to use computers & Internet, so I don't know how to send the live chat with a rep here that I emailed to myself. I'll email it to anyone who wants, especially the law student (whom I totally agree with, among others). It went something like this: Me: I want to cancel b/c I did NOT order it in the 1st place. Rep: Here is your cancellation #, but u will still be charged (almost $90). Me: I should NOT be charged b/c I did NOT order it! Rep: Review the T&C you agreed to, it clearly states that u would be charged after 14 day trial. Me: I did NOT read any T&C until after I received it in the mail b/c I did NOT order it! Rep: Call the toll free #. Me: I just received it yesterday, so I am canceling within the 14 days. Rep: A delay with shipping co. caused the premature charge to you. Me: Why am I being charged when I just received it yesterday, 12-11-09? The rep from Dazzle White (aka: Premium White [ inside of pkg {the cowards did NOT place either company name on outside, forcing me to open it}]) must have seen me emailing to myself b/c she cut me off. I tried to call the toll free # immediately & many times over the next 4 hrs. No answer, even though they were supposed to be still open that whole time. I'm FURIOUS! My BF is even more than me b/c it is HIS card! I ordered coffee from Gevalia (a reputable company, I think) on a Library computer right before it cut me off. I don't know if these crooks (Dazzle White [Premium White]) got the card # from that or someone, on the computer after me, ordered it (maybe not realizing it had my info, instead of theirs). The computers are always messing up at the Library & yahoo sometimes keeps people signed in for 2 weeks if the computer cuts them off before they can sign out. I agree with everyone who said let's rally together & file a lawsuit.

I too was scammed by Dazzle Bright and the many other names that this company uses. I am out abou $180.00. Even though I cancelled they still charged my credit card again and I finally had to cancel my card. I have filed consumer complaints in Iowa, Colorado and New York. The TV show 20/20 mentioned them tonight on their show. I am so angry! I always read the fine print and I must say didn't see anything about a monthly membership. These people are bottom feeders!

@aasi: It would be best to combine all these 'companies' as separately they look relatively innocuous - together they're causing an enormous problem for the unwary. Unfortunately none of what this cloaking company does is strickly speaking 'illegal' as they hide away the true 'deal' behind their incomprehensible Terms and Conditions and misleading advertising. For instance the words "Free Trial" do not mean that the product is free, only the trial period. Clever eh?

The product I ordered was "Clear Lift Ultra, " the original advertisement for which has now disappeared together with it's T & Cs., which, of course, may now be altered to suit before possibly being re-introduced and who would know? The old links I used now lead to another product entirely or no longer work at all. Of course this means I can't dispute the T & Cs as they're no longer available.

I'm now being charged £15 presumably monthly (varying with the exchange rate) for goods and services of which I have no knowledge and by whom I have no idea as the 'name' of the 'affiliate' changes with each transaction. I'm raising disputes each time unauthorized payments are taken from my credit card but the card company is not being particularly sympathetic. My objection is that because I never received my "Trial" I have no contract with any company within this umbrella organization and should, therefore, not be charged. Incidentally, unlike some others, I've never received an email or any other form of communication regarding my order or the so-called subscriptions I'm 'alleged' to have agreed to, therefore, how am I supposed to take advantage of goods or services to which these payments entitle me? I would call that 'breach of contract' with all that the term implies.

It doesn't matter what product is being offered for Trial, the price of each appears to be roughly the same which I also find peculiar - an advertised 'high end' face product is the same or almost the same as a small tube of toothpaste that probably costs pennies and, it is said, is no better than an inexpensive brand of whitening toothpaste that can be obtained just about anywhere. At least with a well known brand of toothpaste one can be certain it is tried and tested as safe to use. Can the same be said for the products offered in these Trials? Regarding Clear Lift Ultra, I could find nothing anywhere on the original advertisement to say what size was being offered, merely a list of what the product would replace in the way of invasive procedures. A comprehensive list of ingredients would have been nice, plus an assurance that it was not tested on animals or even that it had been tested at all and by which organization.

The advertising of all of the 'Free Trial' products I've seen on the 'Net is certainly misleading and probably deliberately so. If not, why have so many thousands of people been caught out? We can't all be stupid can we?

These people are extremely clever at what they do and the best way to stop them is to keep plugging away on every forum we can and involve the media wherever possible. I've reported 'unfair trading practices' to every agency I can think of and would encourage others to do the same. These are the people who will know whether or not any laws or rules and regulations are being contravened.

It's a disgrace that so many of us are being duped in this way.

I have been scammed by this crooked firm. I have been on the live chat with a representative and it was not until I said I was informing the BBB and the UK Trading Standards Office that they accepted my cancellation. THIS IS A PURE SCAM PLEASE PLEASE EVERYONE WHO READS THIS DONOT LET THE SLIMEBALLS GET ANY MORE MONEY FROM HARD WORKING CITIZENS OF THE WORLD.

Yes this company is a predatory enterprise. The problem is, you are required to agree with their terms and it is explicit what they are going to do. So in essence it is legal. But yes it is definitely predatory. Within an hour of signing up we canceled both Clean and Dazzle Whites products. We were diligent in getting confirmations of cancellation, returning the product, saving tracking numbers, and calling when there was a problem (in the middle of the day when they actually answer the phone). We received refunds in a timely manner, and canceled the card the the purchases were on to be safe.

Yes, people must agree to the terms but this is still a predatory practice.

Yes i was bloody taken by this scam and I'm furious. It goes without saying that you should never cross an angry law student! I'm all for legal action against this scam! This is international fraud. I'm aware that this has effected many countries so i would be interested in co-ordinating a world wide concurrent class action suit. We would need representatives in each country that could compile all information and complaint testimonials relevant to their respective country. The power of this information combined is enormous! On its own, individual complaints will get lost among st the rest of individual complaints. Once we have a global indication of the extent of this scam we can forward all our collective information to each and every trade organisation. Next, we can obtain media attention. Anyone from Australia will be aware of A Current Affairs, a program which seeks out and exposes these scams on television. I can work on Australian media however, representatives of the USA, New Zealand, UK and any other nation would have to employ their own media coverage (although i will try and help).
I wont lie this will be time consuming for anyone who dares take on these ### If you have enough rage over such an abhorrent scheme, a scheme which i have read has ripped off money from a breast cancer charity, then please send me an email.
Please bare with me if i take a while to reply as i am researching the most effective means of countering these ### and not just shutting them down for good, but to make them an example of how the public has had enough! and yes, one person can make a difference.

I too fell into the trap! I thought I was going to get a sample to try but now find all the other $3-$7 charges that I had not a clue I signed up for. When I talked to the customer service, he asked what phone # I used to call. That was the first clue I had that all the chargers were related. With my e-mail address he was able to cancel two memberships, but I had to call another # to cancel the others. They were all associated with dazzle white! What a scam. I think they have the cancellation people paid from those who don't figure out soon enough that they are all connected! I am out over $30 but feel good that it wasn't more. I did cancel dazzle white in time but didn't know there were other companies involved until they showed up on my credit card. Of course they say they are non-refundable. I will let my credit card company know anyway. This lesson taught me to be much more cautious!

call them or e-mail them that you want to cancel. If you e-mail them then keep a copy of the e-mail for yourself. if they charge you then dispute the charge with your card co. and send them a copy of the e-mail of cancellation. Also, tell them what happens when calling the number provided by the seller. The cad co. can do a chargeback for the above reasons. good luck chap.

DazzleWhite term & conditions are unclear

I ordered trial on 7/11/09 but term & conditions are hidden. I found the term & conditions on bottom of page and I have to open to read it. I contacted livechat & chat with Perry. He stated that there will be $58.76 charged to my credit card even though i cancelled on 7/12/09. He also stated this charges is pending. I have received the trial today 7/17/09 and I would like to send it back. Does anyone know how to process returns? I learned the lesson, do not order anything from Web Site. Too many this type of company and I feel very uneased. I came from Japan & I have not dealt with company like this in Japanyet. I hope I wouldn't see like this company in japan in future.

I have just been taken by this company. I work for an attorney who states they can not "hide" their temrs as it appears they have. So I am going to contact the appropriate office to have it checked out further.

My name is Piper88 and I just posted my complaint about dazzle white. I'm studying law and I know my rights. Our credit cards provide the protection against these fraudulent companies, all you do is call and file a complaint, and they will credit your account. If you used a ATM card, it would still be considered stealing if they are debiting your account, your bank has to refund all the money. Just make sure you send back the products. With my situation they sent me one box of teeth whitener and billed me 3 times under different names, but my credit card company has had so many complaints they new the different names was dazzle white. I urge everyone to call your credit cards and get your money back. It doesn't take a lot of time to do it, and the more people who stand up for themselves and get their money back, we can stop all the fraudulent sales...Good Luck To Everyone*****

My son made the mistake of getting the "free trial offer" or whatever from Dazzlewhite, then discovered about 6 weeks later that there had been 4 charges of roughly $80 each on his debit card to his checking account, causing an overdraw that he wasn't aware of and costing him more money on a daily basis! Total he's out: about $350, and what did he get? One shipment of 3 tubes of gel from Dazzlewhite, which we will be returning. 2 of the charges were from Dazzlewhite, but listed as PristineHealth and as Ultifreshwell; the other 2 charges were from HealthCLNS, which, from reading the other comments above, seems to be related and gives you absolutely NOTHING. To get a refund, you need to call the Dazzlewhite people at [protected] and get a refund number to send it back; they recommend a tracking number and insurance when you mail it so you'll know when it gets there and can call to have the refund processed quicker (they say). My son's bank is looking into it as a fraud, and he has canceled his card. What a learning experience for a young guy just starting college with his first card!

I was phoned after ordering the free trials with only .99 for one sample and 1.99 for the other sample. The person who called said they would send a 14 day supply and I said the only thing that I wanted was the sample and nothing else. No upgrades, etc. that they were offering. I had used my check card so they now had access to my checking account and based on the conversation with them, I felt somewhat uneasy so I immediately cancelled the card and got a new number and told my bank what I suspected. They had mentioned something about a "club" and a charge each month and I said I did not ask for that. They politely gave me a cancellation number which was nothing but music for 30 mins and someone saying that I could leave a message. Dazzel had a live operator on line and she gave me a cancellation number but told me I would be charge the discounted price of $89+. I hadn't even received anything yet. When I told her that she said it had been shipped. I saw the charges of .99 and 1.99 "pending" on my checking account but the bank knows not to put them through and will refer me to a fraud investigator if I have problems with anything else appearing in "pending" from them. I hope I caught it in time.

I was scammed by that FREE TRIAL OFFER also. I was stupid not to look down below at the greyed-out, tiny letters stating "Terms & Conditions". But here's a CAUTION... it may not stop for you! It appears that Dazzle White's parent company is Wie Vita Systems LLC. In addition to the Dazzle stuff 'Healthclns' charges, plus foreign transaction charges, to my VISA - I have been charged this month for "VH Access" (health member beauty pack) monthly charge of $6.95 plus foreign tx fees - hey I'm a guy I don't want this! (Well I never got it anyway.) I called - but oops an incorrect phone number. Big hassle but I finally got thru. But, then I saw another charge, "EZY Kit", (weight loss tips) $8.52 plus the foreign tx fee - you never get the services here either. It's from the SAME company WIE VITA SYSTEMS LLC. Notice that there are foreign tx fees. I am out $100 already. I am going to cancel my VISA - I think it's the only way to foil the company from any more surprises.
Remember, if the internet firm requires your Credit Card # even for a small amount; bypass the service/product and save yourselves the hassle.

I called to cancel any future orders and was told I will be charged $79 on the 21st day after my order was placed. I told the rep. but it says two free bottles and any subsequent refills will be charged. I have not received the product as yet and where I live in |Canada it may not get here until after that 21st day! It is still on its way, a week later, from the US to the East Coast of Canada and then that office will send it to me on the West Coast! By then I have not even had a chance to try the darn thing.( gosh this is pissing me off!) So, the gal tells me that all future orders will be canceled, but unless I send back the unused portion of the product within 60 days to their Ontario office, I will not get a refund! (gosh I am feeling dumber by the minute with this! should have listened to my inner voice) I thought after reading reviews etc. I would give this kind of thing one more chance, (yeah been there done that years ago) but I am sorry. Now I just have to take measures to prevent other charges which I can not afford and don't have that amount available on my card anyway, and my husband is out of work. So you say, why did I order it... well my birthday is coming up and I just wanted to see if I could get my teeth whiter, cheaper. WRONG! Ok enough venting. Thanks and good luck to all. and hey... keep that credit card in your wallet, you can surf shop (as opposed to window shop) but dont buy!

Made the mistake of ordering before reading all these posts, I am glad I chose not to join the other memberships that come with it. I only paid $1.95 for the shipping and the large pending charges which come later haven't appeared on my account being that I found these posts before the product arrived.

Here is what to do (in my case anyway):

1)Report CC as lost and have the number changed.
2)Call [protected] to cancel membership(operator was very helpful and surprisingly pleasant and it took only 5 minutes total)
3)Get an RMA # to return the product from the operator and send it to:

Des Moines IA, 50381

Hope this helps someone who catches on early before the product arrives and the charges begin.

Another in the dark customer here but thanks to all of you before me I have figured it out as well. I have been given an address to help all of you. Make sure that you write your cancellation number, your order number on the box with your tube inside. The address is: P.O. Box 10233 DeMoines, IA. 50381. And I did mention to the operator that I had called my credit card company giving them permission to charge back any forthcoming charges and the second customer service representative i spoke with did what she called a "Master Cancel" so that any/all pending charges were no longer in effect. We'll see!

DazzleWhite bogus charges

My husband thought he was ordering a trail sample of Dazzle White for the shipping charge only of $4.95. When it arrived I was concerned about future commitments of shipments so I called and was told the tube was for an entire month so I would be billed $59 and there was nothing I could do about it. When I pressed the claim of fraudulent dealings, the Dazzle White guy fessed up that if I returned the product with in 60 days I would get the money back. So if you fell for this scam and are still within the 60 days, send the item insured to Dazzle White, PO Box 10223, Des Moines, IA 50381. But then watch out for the additional charges. By ordering the product you also agree to join some weight loss membership, one for $7.14/mo. and one for $3.24. If you don't cancel these within 14 days, you are stuck with the charges but have to cancel future charges. Lesson learned, read the terms. If you want to whiten your teeth, use baking soda.

I received my "sample" in the mail and put it in the shelf, thinking I'd get to it sometime this summer. Today I went to looked at my bank online and discovered a charge of $59.95. I quickly got online and did a live chat with "Vickie" who canceled my auto delivery, but said I'd need to call the company to figure out the rest of the stuff. I called them and they verified that the cancellation happened, but said that I could not get my money back, because the 14 day trial period had passed. I told them that I got a little tube that was supposed to last 10 days, and I hadn't used it yet. He said, "Sorry there's nothing I can do. The trial period has passed, that is a months supply, so you do have the month supply and you will have to pay the $59.95." I am really bummed. I've learned my lesson. NO MORE TRIAL SAMPLES! It's a shame that you cannot trust anyone these days. I guess I'm just a sucker...whose heart just got a little harder today. GRRRR! I am very disappointed.

Just got off the phone with the 4th 'customer care' rep Jonathan... (the 2nd time talking with him) He told me again that there is not anything wrong on their part and that my bank is the problem... My bank told me twice, that dazzle white should have NO PROBLEM refunding on the card... So, "dazzle white" is my bank lying? Perhaps someone at your Corporate office need to get on the phone with my bank and tell them you're right and my bank is lying... So, what should I do? Call my bank my self and tell them they are liars...?
OR COULD IT BE, that dazzle white is lying?...hmmm. We'll they obviously don't care about "customers" who cancel with them and ask for refunds... at least that is my experience, hopefully others have better ones. My advice is to anyone consider doing a "trial offer" you might want to think about it because I certainly DO NOT wish for anyone to go through the ordeal I'm currently in with dazzle white "refund-adventure"... So spare yourself some(!) trouble, don't order in the first place, seriously!

Just spent 1 1/2 hr with Dazzle white "customer ""care"" reps and my bank... Dazzle white cannot refund me, I have 2 refunds 'pending...'
they say they are unable to refund me because one of their merchant processors are not in business any more... I was told to 'talk to my bank', in other words: I have to go through my banks dispute dept. to 'see' my money again 2x$87.50 ... So, something is wrong on their part, they can't do anything about it... so they are asking me in a way to go to work for them for 'free' calling my bank, filling out papers send them back to my bank so they can dispute... While "dazzle" / dazzle 'a lot of things', "dazzle-we-cant-refund-you", dazzle-we-have-a-problem-but-we-cannot-help-you", dazzle, dazzle...on my I guess, yes, I do feel dazzled... My ADVICE is: don't go through the bother to get this "free-trial" offer... it has already cost me money and time, and my guess is it will be the same for you, BEWARE - stay away!

Don't bother trying to get regress thorugh the company.

Call the number on the back of your credit card

Tell your bank it is an unauthorized transaction and they did not ship you anything. Say you canceled according to the instructions. It doesn't matter if you did or didn't, this is the only way you'll get for sure reimbursed.

The credit card companies already know about these guys.

Each time they have complaint and the credit card company issues you your credit, they are fined a certain amount through thier processor.

I called and told them I did not want automated withdrawals(Even with canceling through thier website) and was still multi-billed.

They are doing web searches and trying to do damage control to keep the scam going.

They are also changes in product names, so when one product name gets too hot due to internet searches for scams, they change it.

You can also fight back by dialing thier 1-888 or 1-877 number and leaving messages. They are billed by the minute. If enough call, it will start to cost them money. Leave messages for the full length of the answering system. Even if it is a blank message.

They are scamming us by volume, we need to fight back by volume.

PEOPLE, PEOPLE! you MUST read the "terms and conditions"--just scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'terms and conditions'! if you don't, you WILL be scammed. fine print is legal--and if i see ANY offer with a 'free trial', i KNOW there is a catch. live and learn for everyone else, i guess... check out the site of that eyecream and the skincream, both in green jars--you know, the stuff they say they 'gave out to celebrities in gift bags at film festivals'? if you order the 'free trial' and don't cancel, the 'free trial' will end up costing you almost $200--they say it's a 'free MONTH supply" trial, but they send you 2 MONTHS WORTH, the whole of which costs almost $200--and this is all LEGAL, because it tells you in the
'terms and conditions' just what they're gonna do--you just have to look on the site.
what do they say, "LET THE BUYER BEWARE"? well, now it should be, "let the TRYER beware"...

I went through the exact same thing with Dazzle White. In fact, I got so frustrated with this whole ordeal that I actually went out and invested in the domain http://www.DazzleWhiteScam.com to let people know about this BEFORE they get stuck in the same situation.

A couple of tips to help you get your money back (posted by users at the site above):

1. Call them before they ship anything to you - yes, you have to ship that little tube back within 14 days of the order.

2. They HATE chargebacks. You can call your credit card company and have them reverse the funds. For a good example - see this post: http://bit.ly/zHmn7

3. Insist that THEY cancel the order to the subscriptions that they automatically enroll you into. It takes a bit, but they are willing to do it if you press hard enough on them. See the comments on this blog posting for a step-by-step example: http://bit.ly/9Liac

4. By just mentioning the fact that you may call your CC company and have them issue a chargeback, Dazzle White (scam) will be willing to reverse the charge themselves - they are penalized heavily when the CC company reverses the charge - aka it costs them money.

DazzleWhite unauthorized deduction from account

This is a followup for all of those who are angry with unauthorized deductions from their accounts from Dazzelwhite and it's affiliates.

I finally got "Jasmine", a Customer Service Agent, at Dazzelwhite, by calling [protected], the same number that appears on it's site. I have been calling this number for two weeks, but nobody ever answers.

To get a refund:

1. Return all 'unused' portions of the product to the return address on your label. Mine envelope reads: Dazzelwhite, P.O. Box 10233, Des Moines, IA 50381. I read this address to Jasmine, while on the phone with her, and she confirmed that this was the place to make my return.

2. On the outside of your return you must write your Cancellation Number. She finally gave me one, after I pressed her.

3. You must insure the package for the value, even though Jasmine said I did not have to insure it for the $58.76, I know better. If you do not, then you are liable to Dazzlewhite for the value not covered by your insurance. So, insure for the full amount.

4. I asked her about canceling the affiliates who also deducted from my account, and her response is that information is available under Dazzlewhite's Terms & Conditions. IT IS NOT! I related that I printed it all out (which I did, in order to file with the Attorney General), and read it all, last night. There is NOTHING in any of Dazzlewhite's documents, on its site, to indicate who the affiliates are. They are, according Jasmine, as follows:

(a) Comprehensive Weight Loss: [protected]. I called five minutes after talking with Jasmine. The Customer Service Agent said that my account (subscription) was canceled earlier this date (July 9, 2009). I asked her who canceled it, and she said she could not tell. I suppose it was Jasmine, however, Jasmine said that she could not do any cancellations with the affiliates, for me. So, be warned, ...you must call!

(b) Insider Secrets: [protected].

BE SURE TO ASK (a) and (b) for Cancellation Numbers! They will not voluntarily provide them!

WRITE THEM DOWN!

I also took the liberty of writing down the Agent's names for each affiliate, ..just in case I may need them later.

I intend to file with the Attorney General because I doubt we will ever see our money. I also know that the 'business practices' of all of the above, are illegal. They closed down the 866 number for Dazzlewhite for two weeks, so that nobody could call to cancel. Then, they tell their agents that the information for canceling the affiliate subscriptions, is on it's site. IT IS NOT! I had to ask Dazzlewhite's Agent for the contact information, as well as the names of those affiliates, as they do not appear anywhere on Dazzlewhite's site!

These two infractions, alone, are enough to shut this company down, and stop them from reorganizing under another name, and doing business, as usual. They are rip-offs!

I found that Dazzlewhite's LLC is doing business as, at least, four other names, just by Googling JDW (which is their holding company's name). I am providing ALL information to the Attorney General. They will work with Idaho's A.G. to stop this company from defrauding anybody else!

Note: None of the above was included, or noted on Dazzlewhite's website, as of yesterday, ..which is illegal business practices.

Also, if you used a Debit Card for your payment, Dazzlewhite, and it's affiliates, are in violation of the Rules and Regulations of the Federal Trade Commission! I filed yesterday with them. It is illegal for any company to use a debit card as a form of repeat deductions from anybody's bank account. Dazzle white even states this on their web site, under Terms & Conditions, and they are well aware that they are in violation of this law since they posted it, and I found it on the FTC website!

Join me in returning your products, as I outlined above. Be sure to make your telephone calls, write down your cancellation numbers, Customer Service Agent's names, and any information they give you! Be sure to insure your package for the full amount that you were charged by Dazzlewhite. Be sure to write the Cancellation Number on the outside of your return envelope (and, if you can, make a copy of your envelope, as proof).

SHUT THESE SCAMMERS DOWN...ONCE AND FOR GOOD! File with your Attorney General. Tell them what happened to you! The A.G.'s are really nice people. I have delt with them before, and received my money back.

Also, make sure you return you product within SIXTY (60) DAYS from the date of purchase. Ask the agent when that date was so you do not miss it! Mine goes back today!

Good Luck everybody! Please post your results here, so I can follow the outcomes. It was good to know that I was not the only one who was ripped off! Remember, there is Strength In Numbers! FILE!

I'm so frustrated. I ordered the "not-so-free" trial offer and next thing I know I'm hit with a $79 dollar charge b/c I failed to read the small print. My bad. So ok, I can accept that I neglected to read the part about calling to cancel w/in 14 days but I simply can not accept the fact that after I did finally call to cancel, I continued to receive the the monthly charge for $79 in addition to all the parallel scams under EzyKit and Elitepack both of which continue to antagonize me to this day. Worst part, I don't even have a clue what I"m paying for on the EzKit or the Elitepack. I'm not actually receiving anything by mail or any services rendered otherwise. Grrrrrrrr. This is the kind of bull-shi! I don't have time for in my life. I'd love to cancel these two mystery subscriptions online but conveniently they don't have that service available. They just take your money online. @$$holes.

I just filed my own complaint but i am copying the advice from this one. Same story. I have also filed complaints with the BBB, Missouri Attorney General, US AG, AOL, etc. I refuse to close my debit card account. I am a busy professional and I use my debit card continually. Also we are going on vacation in a couple of days. I intend to fight these people. Thanks to everyone else who is continuing to fight.

Guys, when you realized that it was a scam you should have closed out whatever credit/debit card you put in the system immediately. trust me the credit card companies know about this place and what they are doing. at least citibank did when I called them. also once your card is closed no other charges can come through and if the package shows up, refuse it! they cannot charge you for not returning their package if you never took it from the delivery service. that is why you sign for stuff, so... refuse the package! my sister is an attorney and I talked to her about this. they are using intimidation to get people to do what is best for them, costing you and not them. don;t pay to ship it back, don't insure the dang thing, just simply refuse it and all deliveries from them or any other company you do not recognize or know you did not order from.

When I ordered this I did scroll down to the bottom of the screen, terms and conditions was not there on that screen. they get your info and your credit card number first and then you get prompted with this other stuff, in which you either hit I agree or no thanks, when I clicked no thanks, it froze and would not take it. they have it set up that way on purpose, I never did hit I accept, never. I finally just closed out the entire window, and bam they tried to pull this deal with me. I closed the cards immediately, talked to my attorney sister and she advised me to refuse any package that comes. end of story...

Aside from there deceptive web-site and fraudulent charges made to your credit cards
They like to play games on the phone and with emails not telling you everything you need to know so you can cancel.
This is what I did ordered on 7/9/09 realized it was a scam and canceled 7/10/09
According to the USPS Delivery Confirmation this was processed through Dazzlewhite’s Sort Facility 7/13/09, 2:46 pm from Des Moines IA. Three days after it was canceled, this doesn’t look good for them.
The only problem now is should I return the unopened package within the 14 days or should I wait till they commit yet another fraud so I can take the matter to the AG or DA’s office….decisions, decisions.
Note for Dazzlewhite’s employees that scan these forums the name I used is Paul Mc Cune ill let you figure out what state I live in and who I work for and no that is not my name however should you call the proper state agency they will let me know.

DazzleWhite Fraud

I also fell into the well laid trap that dazzle white sets for unsuspecting people. I receive three in one package before i saw my credit card bill and the charges on it from them 14 days apart. They charged my card 2 times but sent the product in one package. When i checked my card i see they also signed me up for two other weight loss products unknown to me. I immediately contacted my credit card company and contested the charges, they immediately canceled that card and issued me a new one. I contacted all three of the dazzle white fraudulent companies, 3 different numbers and canceled future orders. I inquired about returning the products and they said i could and gave me a return order number and address which was the same as the return address on the original package. Now i will have to wait to see what happens.

They send you a cheap sample and it does not work but then they bill you for almost $100.00 in two weeks and you signed up for other companies and they bill you charges on your credit card. Such a scam don't do it at all. Between dazzle white and the other tooth whitener they charge you highly for false working products plus more.

I was scammed a year ago by, oh I forget the name smile, a teeth whitening company.

I did find this while searching on the internet last month and wanted to see if it was for real and it is. So I decided to post it on every board that is about people being scammed by teeth whitening companies.

Apparently, the owner of this company was scammed years ago and decided to start a company doing things the right way. When I called their customer service number I was speaking to American people, “Wow what a change”. They described their program the following way.

They not only sell product on Amazon, in salons and though their website, they are also allowing anyone who was scammed by a teeth whitening company the opportunity to order refill kits from them as if they were originally customers of theirs. He said that they make a dollar or so for each refill kit sold and the owner wanted to give back to any one that was scammed. They are selling refill kits for $10 each. I order last month, the gel pack arrived 5 days later, and there was no surprises. They did not bill me for additional product, etc… I think this is a great thing they are doing to help everyone else…

"Dazzle White teeth Whitening" is an unbelievable thief...I have never seen such a fraud before...They claim a free trial while sending you a package of full products and keep charging you...That is the new way of running business in today’s financial crisis...

DazzleWhite Charges without product or sevices

I allowed Dazzle White to bill my bank card $1.95 for a 15 day-trial that starts at the time I received it. Several weeks later I still haven't received any product from Dazzle White. That’s when I checked my bank statements and discovered several charges against my account 1) $1.95 on 5/29. 2) $58.76 on 6/18 and 3) $58.76 on 6/25/09. I called Dazzle White and demanded a full refund due to the fact that I never received any product or services. The phone operator after being put on hold for a lengthy time said we cannot refund your $1.95 but we will credit your account in 5-10 days for the two charges of $58.76 each. I do not trust them on this and I am going to my bank and request for a stop payment. We will see if Dazzle White honors their agreement. I would advise not to do any business with Dazzle White.

Please do not believe these people! I was told about the scam from friends after I sent for my trial size. I immediately changed my accounts. This was months ago. I was lucky! My friend had over 300.00 pulled from her account and did not get any money back. Today I get now a phone call from # [protected] asking me if I received the product (which I did) and wanted to further sell me more. First I do not know how they got my cell number and secondly when I called this number backafter I hung up from them (caller ID) it said to check the number that it was not a working number. EVERYONE STAY AWAY!

Definitely call your bank contest charges and cancel your card. They will continue to charge you and will give your credit card info to 3rd parties who will also charge you monthly "membership" fees.

Applied for free trial for S&H of 1.95 to be charged to my card and I have 14 days to return product and cancel. If I do not cancel in that 14 days my account will be charged 58.76.. I have not even received product and they have charged me and I called to cancel and they said they could not... I cant get an address or phone number to the headquarters.. got different ones not sure what is going on but it seems like a true scam to me ... Something should be done to keep these people from offering such promos...

I have the same complaints as everyone else who ordered a free trial from Dazzle White or now it is called Dazzle Smile.. I want to be clear that I and most of the people who have filed complaints did carefully read everything as we were ordering. I saw an article on AOL that praised the system and quoted CNN, etc. I clicked on the link to find out more - that took me to the Dazzle website. So I unfortunately did not see all of these complaints before I ordered. If I had, I would not have ordered from them. However, I did carefully read all of the prompts and tried to read all of the fine print. I answered no to all offers. Despite saying no, they still enrolled me in the monthly ordering system and the health program. I have tried to cancel and I will try all of the methods that everyone has suggested. But I also filed complaints with the BBB, the Missouri attorney general, the US AG, and AOL. I will continue filing complaints and posting complaints on the internet until they shut down. PLEASE file complaints with the BBB and government agencies, not just here on the internet. The complaints here are very helpful to the victims, but we need to stop Dazzle from ensnaring more vistims.

DO NOT request a sample from Dazzlewhite. This is a rip-off. I received the product, found out what a scam it was and returned the product, unopened. Since then, not only have I not seen a refund but have been charged by two other companies that have partnered with Dazzlewhite to rip consumers off even more. When I called Dazzlewhite to complain I was told that unless I had the tracking number they couldn't do anything. How many peopole write down a tracking number when they receive a package delivered by the USPS and return it unopened? Um, maybe one in a million is the correct answer. I fell for this scam, as did millions of other people, don't be one of them. When I asked to be transferred to a supercvisor I was told they were all busy. Yeah, busy talking to irate customers like myself. Don't take no for an answer. Demand that your voice be heard by these con artists disguised as a ligit business.

ordered free trial s/h 1.95 got charge for 4.95. also charged 3.24 for webaccess. called company told I could only chat on line chated with someone whom said it was derms and conditions they would be charging me another $56 for the trial if I choose to ca. otherwise they would be send another shipment and charge who knows what for that one. They have apparent charged for things I know nothing about like webaccess that is a package deal. they claimed the s/h was higher due to us and I have a printed receipt that says they where charging 1.95. I also printed 8 pages of ad that has no derms adn conditions.

I requested and paid the postage for a free sample(!?). I received the sample and then found, too late, that the small print required me to notify them within 14 days that I did not want to be enrolled in their program. They then charged my account for $79.95 plus a convenience fee of $.64 for the first shipment of their product which I never received and did not want.
My bank was no help. I wrote a letter to the only address I could get and sent the letter certified so that I know that they received it. I have had no reply and intend to notify the Iowa Attorney General's office and the BBB of Des Moines.

I have been completely scammed by the company 'Dazzlewhite' AKA 'Dazzlesmile'
I signed up for the "free my ###" trial but when checking my credit card they charged me $59 NZD! I then went on to cancel my subscription and they then told me that a 3 month supply had been sent out and charged me a further $89 NZD and said that I agreed to this in the terms and conditions. I had rung them since to make sure that ALL subscriptions were definitely cancelled and they said yes! I have since noticed smaller charges made to my credit card over the past 4 weeks. I talked to the company again and they informed me that when signing up with dazzlewhite that I too had subscribed to email fitness and weightloss groups! what the frik does this have to do with 'dazzlewhite'...So people, Steer very clear of this 'Dazzlewhite' company, it's all a huge SCAM and once they have your credit card number, they will continue to take out funds and it is very hard to stop!

i canceled my product i ordered, returned the trial. have proof that someone there signed for it and 9 days later i see a charge on my account for the full amount of 87.62 + a .70/ foreign charge.
i call and they will not reiniburse me until they receive the product back that i haven't yet received and i wait another 10 days after that.
they will not allow me to speak to a manager. i contacted bbb and i am disputing my charges.
i would not suggest anyone getting involved with this company

I fell for the "free trial" scam also. This is the third month that I have been charged 58.09. The weird thing is, is that there is a different company name attached to each charge. I tried to talk to somebody there at the company and this person said that there were terms and conditions clearly stated when I ordered. Those conditions were not shown until after I had entered all my info, like my credit card number. They need to be shown before you give them any information. I couldn't even cancel at that time because the process started immediately after they got my credit card number. Sheesh, what a ripoff.

I went to do the 14 day trial, wrote in "whiteteeth" so the fee would be $1.95. I got charged $4.95. When I called about the fee I canceled. I didn't get refunded $3.00 dollars or get an apology.

I sent the product back to the address that was given to me and wrote the tracking number on it as the directions said.

I was still charged $79.95. When I phoned and talked with them I was told until they recieve the product back I will get charged.

I spoke with three different people, I have their names, the date I spoke with them and the time. Each of them told me I would not get charged. I would say they have a good scam going. I did contact my bank and gave them all the information. I will be contacting the BBB also. Companies like this should be shut down.

OH- The product didn't work. It made my teeth sensitive.

DO NOT FALL FALL THIS SCAM 'FREE' TRIAL. If - like me - you are stupid enough to fall for this claim, not only will you be changed for the 'free trial - which comes in the form of a pen (= this pen is in fact One Month's supply. It calst a week) - you are automatically signed up to be charged for 3 months supply AND...wait for it! You will also be signed up for some Weightloos/fitness club that also has your credit card details - and will charge you for this too - until you find out about and have your details cancelled.

Their Online Chat support workers don't give a damn about their customer complaints - and constantly reiterate that - 'all the details are clearly on their website'. When the pen arrived - you take it that this is a free sample - especially as it comes with no instructions or recommendations.

Please learn from my VERY EXPENSIVE mistake.

I too order the "free sample" of Dazzlewhite - OK they said $11.90 shipping to the UK but I thought that was ok and gave my credit card details. The product arrived (and I like it) but then I was charged a further $58.76 a few days later and another a couple of weeks after that - they are charging my credit card for a subscription. Subscritption to what I would like to know. I have had no further products and no communication ...what is it about?

I have had to cancel my credit card and fill in numerous forms for the bank in order to get my money back.

Then - there is another charge from WEBACCESS..only $3.24. I didn't know who this was or what I was being charged for. My credit card company said it was all realated to Dazzlewhite!

DazzleWhite Screwed by dazzle white

This is a misleading internet trial promotion. It is supposedly a free trial ($1.95 for shipping only) but the charge my card $59 plus the $1.95.

I called and cancelled and was refunded the $59 but they refuse to refund the $1.95. Today I received another charge of $3.24 from another company that I supposedly signed up with as part of the dazzle white offer (this company will not refund either)

I have cancelled my card to ensure no further charges.

Steps to Take to Recover Your Money

1. Cancel your credit or debit card--Get a new card with new number! Your financial information has been compromised and you will be getting further debits to that card, If not now then they could come back later when you are unaware. This scam is refining into a form of "Identity theft" as your financial information is being traded to other cohorts without your permission or knowledge.

2. File a fraud charge with your credit card or bank and let them sort it out. They have more muscle to go after this sort of crime. Explain to them about all the consumer complaints that are on the internet and "insist" that they do charge-back or file a fraud charge. Don't hesitate to let them know what you have done or intend to do as they need to be shown that you mean business! If you succeed in getting your money returned you will have still taken steps to put their scam out of commission.

Yes i was bloody taken by this scam and I'm furious. It goes without saying that you should never cross an angry law student! I'm all for legal action against this scam! This is international fraud. I'm aware that this has effected many countries so i would be interested in co-ordinating a world wide concurrent class action suit. We would need representatives in each country that could compile all information and complaint testimonials relevant to their respective country. The power of this information combined is enormous! On its own, individual complaints will get lost among st the rest of individual complaints. Once we have a global indication of the extent of this scam we can forward all our collective information to each and every trade organisation. Next, we can obtain media attention. Anyone from Australia will be aware of A Current Affairs, a program which seeks out and exposes these scams on television. I can work on Australian media however, representatives of the USA, New Zealand, UK and any other nation would have to employ their own media coverage (although i will try and help).
I wont lie this will be time consuming for anyone who dares take on these ### If you have enough rage over such an abhorrent scheme, a scheme which i have read has ripped off money from a breast cancer charity, then please send me an email.
Please bare with me if i take a while to reply as i am researching the most effective means of countering these ### and not just shutting them down for good, but to make them an example of how the public has had enough! and yes, one person can make a difference.

I went through the exact same thing with Dazzle White. In fact, I got so frustrated with this whole ordeal that I actually went out and invested in the domain http://www.DazzleWhiteScam.com to let people know about this BEFORE they get stuck in the same situation.

A couple of tips to help you get your money back (posted by users at the site above):

1. Call them before they ship anything to you - yes, you have to ship that little tube back within 14 days of the order.

2. They HATE chargebacks. You can call your credit card company and have them reverse the funds. For a good example - see this post: http://bit.ly/zHmn7

3. Insist that THEY cancel the order to the subscriptions that they automatically enroll you into. It takes a bit, but they are willing to do it if you press hard enough on them. See the comments on this blog posting for a step-by-step example: http://bit.ly/9Liac

4. By just mentioning the fact that you may call your CC company and have them issue a chargeback, Dazzle White (scam) will be willing to reverse the charge themselves - they are penalized heavily when the CC company reverses the charge - aka it costs them money.

I thought I was quite a savvy online shopper, but last night I made the same mistake as the other complaint writers. I saw the advert on MSN.com. I only agreed to pay $1.95 for the sample and entered my credit card details for shipping charges. The next screen came up as $11.95, when I phoned my credit card company (immediately after the incident), they informed that another $59 was pending and could not be stopped, because entering your credit card details indicates that you read and agreed with the terms and conditions (which were nowhere in sight until I carefully started to look for them afterwards). I blocked and cancelled my credit card, thinking fraud was being committed. I used instant messaging to cancel all orders and charges, but apart from telling me that I would have to send back (from the UK) the trial offer within 14 days to stop the $59 going through, they were most unhelfpul. I made the point that they could not have sent out the product yet, but they did not want to know. They must have been wetting themselves laughing as yet another victim was telling them they should be ashamed of themselves conducting business in this fashion! BE WARNED: THIS IS ONE BIG SCAM!

DazzleWhite illegal charging of credit cards

Both these companies worked together to pull a fast one. there was a letter from a "mom" in austin on the internet that said that buying both these products had the best results and then links to both sites to get their "free" trials. both companies put charges on my credit card before I knew what was happening and now I am having to fight to get them off. one company charged $86.22 and the other one charged $59.25. and the charges to send your free (ha!) trials! another $1.95 and $1.97. I asked the guy from the smile brite company, "so exactly what did I get that was free?" and he agreed nothing. now they want me to pay to send their product back... do not order from these companies!

This company is a total scam, the only way to keep them from charging your card is to cancel it. I cancelled mine and still received some of the crap they send. A month or so later they are telling me that they are sending some more stuff and they will charge my card if I don't cancel. You need to cancel your card as soon as possible!

I fell for the scam! I recieved Celebrity Smile tooth whitener shipped from China almost 1 month after requesting sample, I cancelled with them, never recieved anything from dazzling bright at all, not even the sample yet they are stealing money from my account, I live in the UK so the scam is here as well, it popped up on facebook as a mom who guaranteed it! Terms and conditions are all very well if the companies involved kep to their side of the bargain but if they don't send samples or product then this is indeed fraud and a scam no one in their right mind will pay a company for nothing. I have lost my job, been registered blind and have 2 children to support and these crooks are taking my money, I feel sick, I cannot afford to buy food this week, I am so angry with myself for being so bloody stupid

Yep... this is a company beware outfit. and, once they have you, they have spread their tenacles out to everyone else to "bother" you and to try to sell you more stuff. I cancelled before the 10 days from "date of order" was complete even though I had not received the trial package. next day after the cancel, I got a charge for $87.47 on my credit card. they all say that they are based in florida... hollywood, boca raton, daytona, etc. it was a different place every time we called.
I have actually cx'ed more than once. sometimes you get a cx number.

Their terms are very misleading and even though you follow the terms, they continued to charge me. and, they claim that cnn, usa today, fox, etc show this product. another paid advertising?

SCAM! I also got bilked into ;purchasing.

I was told I would have a 10 day trial period. What I didn't know was that included 9 days of product shipping!

Product came late and didn't allow even a days trial, but the 10-day trial period includes their shipping (9 days) shipping. When you try to cancel, it is another bag of worms.

I to was taken by this farse. I was charged and I never even tried the product. I mailed it back unopened. and was still charged on my credit card. It has been 7 months and no refund. I give up but there should be some recourse for all of us that was taken by this scam.

First of all, First Support Solutions call center does not represent the product Dazzzle White or Premium White Pro that show up on Credit Card statements as Smile Bright "used to work there" mis-informed you. We do represent the company Smile Brite.

This posting is from a disgruntled employee who was fired for fraudulent activity on customer accounts and we expected this type of erroneous response. This same terminated employee has also identified the wrong person as the owner of our business, but instead identified a manager who is an employee. I contacted my credit card company (Mastercard with Citibank) and they will pay me back the charges and initiate police and Interpol investigations for fraud.

Do the same. Don't let them bill you every month, just contact your credit card company so they can issue you another card to stop it. I was being billed from 5 different overseas merchants under the same scam. This is truly an international scam that Interpol needs to shut down. The perpetrators need to be jailed. If I ever got hold of them, they would wish they were in jail for protection.

DazzleWhite FRAUD SCAM

I got unauthorized charge $58.76 after I went on this site and they asked me my info for sending me FREE TRIAL DAZZLE WHITE paying for shipping 1.99, insted they charged me $58.76 on top of it monthly.
NASTY FRAUD-SNIKY PEOPLE, GOD WILL PUNISH YOU.

Oh my God. I have just noticed the same thing. Money is disappearing from my account and have just noticed where its going. I have not yet contacted them but will, and it will go further.

I suggest you cancel your credit card/debit card ASAP. I promise they will keep taking out your $$$ if you don't. Go to Google homepage & key in Dazzlewhite. Scroll down to about the 3rd or 4th article called Scam, Theives, Liars. That's me. My nightmare has been going on 4 weeks now, & they have charged me twice, even though I sent the trial back same day it came & canceled my card. They charged me last week on my NEW cc $58.76. My bank is trying to dispute the charge, but I won't believe I'm in the clear until the $$$ is back in my account. Good luck & call your bank!

DazzleWhite Scam charges

This company is a complete rip-off. They claim that you will get a 'free trial' and that you only have to pay $1.95 for shipping, however, the second I ordered the product, they charged my credit card $59.95! When I called to complain, they told me that I was wrong and that they had not charged my card, all while I was looking at the charge online. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that 'they're all pretty busy right now'.

I attempted to cancel my order literally 2 minutes after placing it but was told that I could not because it was already processed for delivery. Right!

I was told that in order to get a refund of my money that I had to wait until the product was delivered to me, then return the product to them, at MY expense. I still haven't even received the product.

I don't know what to do in order to get my money back. I am not a rich woman, so $59.95 is a lot of money to just throw away, not to mention they will continue to take that amount from my credit card every month!

Please help! And please, DO NOT order from Dazzle White!

Can anyone give me a phone number that works from the uk to contact any of the following, they are all taking money from my credit card and Lloyds TSB say they cannot stop it! Ultifreshwell, improvehealth, tryclicking, elitepack and beutyclub. Like many, I accepted a charge of a couple of pounds to ship a free sample and this is the result.

Get a 14 day supply for $4.95 s&h. NO! THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS! Here is what they do, they charge you $4.95 for s&h (which is supposedly for the free sample) them a few days later they charge $58.76 for what you thought was going to be a trial size, but is really the full size product. VERY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING! If it is going to be a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE say that not 14 DAY TRIAL FOR THE COST OF S&H.

After hours on the phone, I managed to get a "refund", heres the follow up email...

Your order ID @@@@@@@ has been fully refunded. Refunds take up to 2 weeks (usually 6 days) to show on your statement.

If, for whatever reason, after 2 weeks this refund still does not show, please contact us directly at support@dazzlewhite.com and give the password "Watermelon" in the subject line, and your email will be forwarded to a manager immediately.

I saw the promotional ads for combining Dazzle White pro with another product and started the order process. I got as far as reading the fine print. They were quite clear about charging only a few dollars for the first
delivery and then would charge my account later with an extra $148-95 AUD. Needless to say I bailed out. The catch is clearly there if you read the terms and conditions. "Buyer Beware"

DazzleWhite FREE trial

My 13 year old niece used my credit card on the internet to purchase a "FREE" trial of teeth whitening product without my knowledge. When she told me what she had done, I immediately called my credit card co. They informed me that there was two charges on my card from them. One in the amount of $1.95 {shipping price for the free sample}. And a second amount of $58.76. I checked dazzle white terms and conditions. #2 states that products offered are available ONLY to individuals that are at least 18, and that can enter into legally binding contracts. #5 states that a pre-authorized pending payment of $58.76 does apply for the trial offer for your initial 14 day trial membership. This pending charge will remain active for 30 days from your initial sign up day. I called them and canceled the order. I told them she was a 13 year old girl. They will not refund the money to my credit card. I called my credit card co. back and told them to close my account. They informed me that the charge was already on the card. I closed the account anyway. Please don't let companies like this take advantage of anyone no matter what age.

DazzleWhite Credit Card Fraud

Dazzle White Pro is a scam! They claim to be seen on CNN, FOX News, MSN, MSNBC, AOL News and US Today. They have been scamming people of their money with pervasive advertising from fake blogs to facebook ads to fake customer stories. Lots of people on several website boards and /link removed/ has reported credit card fraud with DazzleWhite Pro.
Please let consumers be aware of this scam.

i have a friend who used to work at one of their call centers ..she said the only way you can get a refund is to get your bank to call them and let your bank (not you) request a refund. they will transfer you to someone else but you might be able to get a refund this way. also if you are calling yourself dont get mad at the operators...they actually dont have a refund button so they cant give you a refund so it does no good to argue with them it just wastes your time and theirs all they can do is read from a script...dont bother asking for a supervisor either. just have your bank call them and request a refund for you.

I live in Australia and am experiencing this for myself. I paid $18.00 (S&H) for the 14 day "Free" trial to later discover that i had already been charged extra and that I had involuntarily been given membership to Insider Secrets and another company called Comprehensive Weight Loss - both of these companies charge for products and services that I A). Did not know of much less order; and B). cannot contact by any means to cancel this 'membership' that i have with them due to the numbers being "incorrect' or sinply do not exist. I have cancelled my credit card, raised the alert with my bank, i have reported all 3 companies to the ACCC and ASIC to be investigated for fraud and identity theft among other things.
I will continue to try and find contact numbers for these companies but if anyone knows what number to call from Australia - one that will actually work, please advise. Can be contacted on tash156_@hotmail.com
STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES/PRODUCTS. There should be a pop up or warning of some type, upon entry into their websites to prevent anymore of this happening. These forums a very helpful however it's always AFTER the fact!

cancel your credit card, raise dispute with bank, I've had a refund. Don't accept delivery, refuse delivery it will find it's way back via "return to sender" Don't collect package if they leave a card for you! . block their calls, change your number, block their emails, get smart, fight back, after the tears & humiliation as a victim you can survive this...CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD !

I'm happy that not everyone that saw the Dazzlewhite ad didn't respond, but my post above (scams, liars) is still a nightmare that will not end. I contacted my bank and changed my credit card number. I chatted with Dazzlewhite rep online, sent several emails, and talked to many reps (most barely speak English). The same day I received my "free trial" I took it to my post office within half an hour, UNOPENED as I was instructed to do, and returned it certified mail. The pending charge of $59.95 was taken off my cc, and I thought this scam was over for me. Today (3 weeks later) there on my NEW cc number is a DAZZLE chg for $58.76!. I almost threw up (sorry)! I called my bank & now I have to get forms from them to start a dispute. What a freaking mess. I can't afford to let these theives steal $60/month from me for nothing! Yes, I'm an honor graduate from the School of Hard Knocks, Brian. I did more research today online while my blood was boiling again and found lots more folks that took the bait just like I did. This company has changed their address since I logged on that morning 3 weeks ago. All I can say to anyone that is even thinking about doing this free trial, it will be a headache that may never end. You do not know me, but I promise, you will be sorry!

What a major rip off, Free trial My ###. Just pay shipping My ###, $1.97 My ###, How about $65.00 each and every month for the rest of your LIFE! They even have their phone number set-up as a cancelation number knowing your going to call about their scam.
Also when you receive their product you get a packet in the mail with a small silver tube with no instructions or information about their product. This outfit should be shut down. . Where's the internet police? What a joke that is, huh. .Your credit card is in danger with these guys. .

£38 pounds deducted immediately plus £7. Unable to contact dazzlewhite easily my phone company waivering my attempts due to cost of my phone calls. sleepless nights, cancel your credit cards, my bank suspects identity theft I've changed my phone numbers. The product arrived, I was left a calling card as I was at work, the postage was underpaid! Taken advice contact police, contact bank. I'm not collecting the product at all it will be returned to sender at no more cost to me that is what the post ofice have advised me. My bank is raising transactions as a dispute. The hostile manner of the staff at the company I was blocked on live chat, I've cancelled my credit card as third parties have unlimited access, the terms & conditions are brutal & changeable, the prices are all different within minutes, the shipping fee increased 3 fold during the offer, NOT FREE TRAIL THE BIGGEST HEADACHE EVER I feel so dumb, it's cost me big time in emotional stress. Do what I did, refuse delivery & it will be returned to sender, massive lesson learned, Ive taken identity theft insurance out for next few months as I am so scared. If in UK it can take 3 weeks to get product & you haven't even the time to get it back to them if you chartered an aeroplane yourself. BLOCK INTERNATIONAL CALLS FROM YOUR MOBILE IF YOU IN UK< CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD & TALK TO YOUR BANK IT's A MAJOR SCAM.

All I can say is BUYER BEWARE-- having ordered some of the free trials! I must say I was shocked to see charges I did not authorize. Read the fine print as your joining a teeth whitening club that they charge monthly for as much as 88.00 really-- you could go to a dentist and get your teeth done for what this would cost you-- after getting caught up in this-- I called one place to cancel as I had not recieved their FREE TRIALwas told that the order has been sent and I would be charged 59.95 now what part of TRIAL am I not understanding? I asked why didn't they just show the charge as 59.95 to which the response was you have 14 days to send it back WHAT? My suggestion people is don't order the FREE TRIAL-- for all you folks that have been ripped how about us getting together to do a class action on these companies praying on us--- One more Ddazzle white when I asked where they were located -- South Asia

I had the same experience with not receiving the trial package until well after the expiry date of the trial package.
The company called itself "First Class Whitening™" with an address -7565 Commercial Way, Unit E
Henderson, NV 89011.
I cancelled early but still had an unauthorized charge of $124AUD on my credit card which I have been trying to recover by e-mailing Francesca ( customer service -email support). She just suggests I telephone customer service dept. which sounds like a call centre in the Philippines. I should have known better!

I was very impressed with the advertisement for ever white brites. I was given a gift card by a friend for $20.00 and used it to purchase the trial offer. When the product did not arrive as promised I tried to call the number on the order conformation and according to the voicemail, their representatives were always busy. I have received notice in the mail that since I did not cancel that I now owe them $139.95. And according to the letter if I do not pay (even though I did not receive the product) they will use another collection agency(3rd party collection agency) to force me to pay. What do I do? Can someone help me with a valid number.

I ordered Dazzlewhite trial via CNN website which had posted an endorsement for Dazzlewhite - so I figured it would be a worthwhile try/trial. I also cancelled before the trial period was up, I was still sent another cylinder of Dazzlewhite. My account was charged a second time, which was unauthorized. That said, I returned both tubes via FED EX, with a tracking number. When I did not receive my refund as promised I have called them twice. They show item was received unrecognizable or no product was in the box. I called FED EX and they stated that there was no note put into their system showing damage to the item received. That said, neither FED EX or DazzleWhite will help me, FED EX will not assist me even though I put a declared value of $150. I am so frustrated, what a scam, this needs to be stopped - maybe we can report it to the FBI and they can investigate there SCAMMING Scheme. CNN should also investigate product endorsements before posting them on their site. I am not happy about being taken advantage of by this un-reputable company!

I am livid after spending half a day with these people.
Can't anybody do something about such a rip off company!
I was told today that they can not put me through to a supervisor nor can they give me an address to send a complaint ot.
What kind of company is that?
There is a Lilia and a lucy who seem to run the company on their own over there blocking any kind of communication with anyone higher up.
I am so pissed!

I had the same problem too. I didn't do any research before signing up for the free trial.
I would suggest you cancel your credit card.
It seems they will charge you more and more every month.
I cancelled my credit cards and called them up to cancel my membership.

THEY ARE SCAM .. DON'T EVER TRUST SOMETHING THAT IS FREE.

I was stupid enough to fall for this scam, too. I've now cancelled everything and have confirmation #s. Also, I've authorized my bank not to accept anymore charges to my account from this company. A class action suit sounds really good right now! Whether the product works or not is a moot point. The real point is that this company (and others like it) are scam artists and rip-offs!

I ordered a free sample on 4/11, which was advertised for $2.95 dollars (posting charges only) and during the transaction I realised that there was something wrong, when the transaction went through the confirmation suddenly changed to $12.90! I wanted to go back or cancel and I was unable to do it. I tried to ring them straight away but no one was answering the phone while I was waiting and waiting and still in the queue. Now I received my statement and on 22/11 I was charged additional £$87.62! I am so angry that companies like this one are allowed to trade and waste everybodys time and steal money from people's accounts. I am going to ring them again, the bank made a note on my account but I need to talk to Premium White Pro and cancel my order.

they even entered my creditcard into a total fitness club, a weight loss club and many more, and they are refusing to return the charges. this is by far the biggest rip off and must be illegal. So far I am being charged also over 300 dollars and everytime I check my credit card there is another charge for either 87 or 24 or more dollars. This is a nightmare.
