I gotta say, I was pretty stoked to get my hands on some Dao Drops from daodrops.com. I put in my order on June 10th and got a notification on June 13th that the shipping label was created. But, lemme tell ya, it's been crickets ever since. I've been checking my mailbox every day like a kid waiting for Santa, but no updates on my order.

I tried emailing customer support twice, but haven't heard back from them. And the customer service number listed on the website just has you send an email. I mean, come on, I'm not trying to play email tag here.
