DANSKIN pants
In early December I ordered a Christmas gift if 2 pairs of pants for my wife. The ended up being different thank what she had expected. Being the height of Christmas and wrapping and wrapping I failed to keep the return label that they provide in the bag. Being that they provide that label up front they must know that most people will be returning their product. That aside I have been trying to get a resolution from DANSKIN through email, instagram. They have only provided one response which was to use the return slip that was provided. I don’t have it! What can be done!?

poor quality
bought shoes from my local Wal-mart in August it is now sept and the bottom of both shoes are cracked in half. I know they were not expensive but I thought they would last longer then thirty days. I have had to glue the side together on top of the crack bottoms. And I do not mean a little crack they are cracked from one side to the other

I bought a pair and just LOVED them...until the supports inside the shoes BROKE! I had to put new insoles in them and still they were no longer comfortable. They still look GREAT and the shoestrings are in perfect condition, but the shoes themselves are in the TRASHCAN!
I too purchased Danskin NOW shoes and have only worn them a few times and the bottom of the shoes are pulling apart, which actually made me stumble.
Worst Online Ordering Experience, Ever!
I can't believe I'm the first to make a complaint about Danskin! We ordered a unitard based on the shipping arrival dates to be between 3-7 days. We received an email confirming the order with a notice stating they would send another email when the items was shipped. FIVE DAYS LATER we received said email telling us would could track the status of our item via the email link. This is what it says every time we go check, the date and time varying, of course

No number link, no shipping information. Just that.
The number included in the confirmation email is not even a legitimate UPS tracking number, which everyone familiar with UPS knows begins with 1Z. This is ridiculous. I could have received better service from a second hand seller on eBay!
This item finally arrived today. Thanks to a Google search I discovered the tracking number was for USPS, not UPS as stated in the email and on the account page. When it arrived it had a packing slip with FedEX info. Seems like they stuck postage on it, tossed into the parking lot and made the delivery boys fight over it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I’m also having problems. I have been trying to get in touch with Danskin about a return I made, that they received on 1/8/24
I am looking for my refund. I have called and left multiple messages and emailed with no response from either. Not good business practices when you can’t get in touch with them. I paid for my order through PayPal and I am going to call them to see if they can get in touch with Danskin!
