In May , I paid $11,798.00 to Daniel's Basement Waterproofing for fixing water seepage in my basement and addressing the issue of backing up downspouts. The crew worked for 2 days, digging around the foundation on 2 sides of my house and inside the basement. However, after about a month, I noticed water coming into the basement from the sump pump they had installed, and my downspouts were still backing up. I tried calling them 3 times, but I haven't received any response. There was only a lady who mentioned that my name was on their list. I really hope to get a resolution and the necessary repairs done soon.

Daniels came out to give me an estimate and evaluation on what needed to be done with my basement. Mr. ***, owner and president, and his foreman *** came out to do the estimate. I got Daniels through Home Advisor. I had water coming through my walls, mold developing, cracks in the walls, some bowing starting to occur. I told Mr. I wanted exterior waterproofing. He told me about waterproofing from the inside and it is much better than going from the outside. He convinced me that interior waterproofing is the best way to go. The job consisted of digging up a perimeter trench, install perforated pipe several inches below the floor, a sump pump, steel C channels mounted along the basement walls to prevent the walls from bowing further.
