Windows were finally installed on 02 Feb 2025, 4 weeks after the siding, windows defect appeared within 2 weeks of install. 4 weeks after windows install windows trim Still Not completed. Also, when siding was only 85% complete, one of there "Guinness" project managers threatened me with a property lean "if" I did not pay in full. YES they are overpriced! Due to the fact dabella does Not do any of the work, they are a middle man contractor. My advice, hire a local, referred contractor so that you do Not have the hassle of overpriced, incomplete work. However the subcontractors Did do a great job & addressed All & any concerns I had
