Allied Experts Bad customer service

Bad customer service. My AC needed a big fix and the tech said so. I was put on their emergency list and waited 5 days for the part. On the day of service, I got a text that the service people were coming, but an hour later, the service director Erin called and said the part wasn't there (no coordination) and she'd call me with updates (she never did). I called many times until 2 days later (the part was there 2 days ago) and they rescheduled me for another week. Erin never called me back even though I left her many messages. Their ad doesn't match their service.

Allied Experts We been using ALLIED for 3 years now since we got our house

We been using ALLIED for 3 years now since we got our house. We found their info on our HVAC system. Our first call was to check the system and make sure everything was good. They sent John *** and he was great. He explained our HVAC system and showed us how it worked. He checked all the connections and settings, told us what they were, what do they mean, and asked if we wanted to change anything. John was patient and answered all my questions. We always ask for John *** to service our HVAC because he knows his stuff and doesn't mind answering questions.

We went with Allied to put in a new boiler/water heater in 2017; they came to our door like they did with other folks, hooked up with NJ Natural Gas. First off, the customer service is terrible. We called them 3-4 times with questions and worries about the new system, but they never called us back, not even once. I was nice every time I called, but still no response. I guess once they got our cash, they didn't care anymore! Second, the product is not good, to put it mildly. NJR had to come out here a bunch of times to replace busted parts, and our plumber had to swap out a floor drain that was no good. We also had the crew come out to fix a pipe that was leaking through our roof; they said that during the first install, they used the wrong size flashing because they didn't have the RIGHT size on the truck, which caused the leak in our attic. Great. I could keep going, but you get the idea. Why NJ Natural Gas picked this company is beyond me; we regret using them - be careful if you do!

Allied Experts I had a lot of trouble with Allied Experts

I had a lot of trouble with Allied Experts. They didn't call me back or set up appointments, and I had to be rude to get someone to help me. They installed my HVAC system in July , but it's been a disaster ever since. My basement is freezing, and we had two leaks because they didn't install it properly. They didn't even clear the pipes like I asked them to! They promised they could fix the temperature, but it's still too cold. I paid $12,000 for this and the controls don't even work! I've had to call them out three or four times, and I'm still waiting for a supervisor to come and fix it. I want my money back for all the trouble they've caused me. I'm going to complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com, the ***, and my Congressman. Other people have had problems with them too.

Allied Experts allied experts is a good company

allied experts is a good company. they came to my house and fixed my AC. it was really hot and they fixed it fast. i called a lot of other companies but they didn't answer or didn't come. but allied experts did. i recommend them if you need help with your AC.

Allied Experts and we are concerned about the legality of the work done

and we are concerned about the legality of the work done. The hot water heater works well, but the HVAC system has had some issues. The installation was not done properly and we have had to call them back multiple times to fix it. Overall, we are not satisfied with their service and would not recommend them to others.

We got a new heating/ *** thingy put in back in 2017. We've had problems with it non-stop. The *** thingy leaks and turns off all the time. Nobody can seem to fix it for good. We gotta pay a ton of money for each time they come to check it out. I think a new thingy like this shouldn't need so much fixing and we shouldn't have to pay for stuff that doesn't really fix the problem.

Allied Experts I been tryin' to get my A/C fixed by Allied Experts for a whole month now

I been tryin' to get my A/C fixed by Allied Experts for a whole month now. I'm an old timer with asthma, so I asked 'em on Monday, June 29th for a portable A/C unit. I been callin' 'em up a bunch and their secretary Erin's been callin' the bosses. But even though my part came in on Thursday, I ain't got no service yet. It's makin' me real mad 'cause they're messin' with my health. They ain't doin' what they said they would and it's just plain wrong.

I signed a contract on 2/21 and gave a $2000.00 deposit which was charged to my MC. I then decided to take advantage of their financing - 36 months no interest. I called the office and they sent me the new documentation and told me that they would refund my $2000.00 and that could take 7 to 10 days. I waited and never received my refund. I have contacted the office and left messages for Lisa who handles this on 4 separate occasions with no response. This was started long before cover-19 so that is not an excuse for no returned phone call or refund as they have been paid in full by the finance company.

Allied Experts teamed up with the state of New Jersey for a clean energy program and offered a service with no interest fees for complete replacement of heating and cooling system, as well as a home energy efficiency program. They promised less energy consumption and climate comfort in the home. However, they have been called over 15 times in the past to fix their problems and have failed to do so. Their claims are false and I feel like they took advantage of me financially and tricked me into their system that I could have installed for far less money. I gave them chances to come and correct, but they have routinely scheduled and called to cancel at the last minute, never coming back out. They have failed on all of their advertised promises and cost me more money than I should have paid due to their false claims.

Allied Experts I hired Allied Experts back in September for a big job that cost me $17K

I hired Allied Experts back in September for a big job that cost me $17K. They were supposed to do a test on my attic insulation, which was blown fiberglass, and install a hot water tank with an EF rating, a furnace with a 96% AFUE rating, a 16 Seer Central AC, and fix some issues with my Attic Tent. However, there were a few problems that came up during the job.

Firstly, Allied Experts were supposed to schedule an appointment within a week to patch up the attic ladder area, but this still hasn't been done. Secondly, they were supposed to get us the township permit, but we're still waiting on that too.

Then, on January 29th, we had a major leak from the water heater that damaged our first floor ceiling. An Allied Technician came to check the leak on February 1st and collected all the details and pictures, but we haven't heard back from anyone since then, even after sending repeated emails.

Lastly, there's a potential leak in the attic unit that we're worried about. Overall, I'm not too happy with the service we received from Allied Experts and would hesitate to recommend them to others.

Allied Experts I had my attic insulation done by Allied Experts in October/November

I had my attic insulation done by Allied Experts in October/November . During the summer of 2020, I noticed hot air coming from the attic. When I went up there on July 5th, I saw that the attic fan with humidity gauge was covered by insulation and wasn't working properly. Since then, we've been in touch with Allied Experts, but we've had at least 3 cancelled appointments and only 4 scheduled appointments. They promised us a 5-year extended labor warranty, but we haven't received it yet. We've been in contact with them on the following dates: 7/5, 7/6, 7/8, 7/10, 7/17, 7/22, 7/24, 7/27, 8/11, 8/12, 8/13, 8/18, 8/19.

Allied Experts put in two heating thingies and a hot water thingy like 14 months ago. The township hasn't come to inspect it yet cuz Allied hasn't paid the $429 for the permits, which we already paid for. It's been a long time and we're still waiting. We complained to ComplaintsBoard.com before and Allied said they mailed a check and it should be paid in two weeks. That was on 11/17. I called the township yesterday, 12/16/22, and they said the permits still haven't been paid and there are other people waiting too. The last ComplaintsBoard.com thing got closed before we could check if the permits were paid, so we're doing it again. We just want them to pay the permit so we can get inspected.

Allied Experts I was in the NJCEP's: Home Performance with Energy Star program and ALLIED Experts LLC was the one who did the work

I was in the NJCEP's: Home Performance with Energy Star program and ALLIED Experts LLC was the one who did the work. They did it on October 8. I sent them more than 30 emails, but they didn't do what they were supposed to. They didn't put in the Programmable Thermostat and they took out my two-year-old water heater and threw it away. They said it was part of the deal that they would take it away, but it wasn't. One of their managers, Jose Diaz, said he would give me $30 for it. I wanted to use it at my other house, but I had to buy a new one for over $600. They didn't save me any money on my energy bills either. When their rep Nick G. came over, he said they would save me a lot of money, but he wouldn't tell me what they were going to do. He said I wasn't the right customer for them and left. I spent $15,000 and didn't get what I paid for. They took my stuff and didn't save me any money. I feel like they cheated me. If you want more information, please contact me. I don't want anyone else to be cheated by AlliedExperts LLC.

Allied Experts Allied Energy Experts put in new stuff for me in 2017 to save energy

Allied Energy Experts put in new stuff for me in 2017 to save energy. They did a good job and I didn't have any problems. The hot water heater is from Rheem and it had a cover on it. But then I saw water next to it and when I looked inside, there was a lot of rust and stuff on the pipes and the vent cap. I called Allied and they said they would charge me $179 to look at it on weekends or $150 on weekdays. But it was their fault because they didn't do a good job installing it. Two guys came over and said they would replace the two nipples. But there was a lot of rust all over the heater and it looked bad. I told them I wanted a new one. A manager named Carol said I didn't need a new one, just the two nipples. She also said I should have seen the leak sooner because it was bad for three years. Carol won't talk to me anymore and the company hasn't called me back even though they said they would four times. The heater has a 10-year warranty but it was installed wrong and it's messed up. Allied should take responsibility for it.
