This company sends people out to solicit in elderly communities and they ignore the No Trespassing, Private Property and No Soliciting signs which are posted clearly in multiple places at the entrance into the community. Then, when confronted with their breaking of the law by doing so, they claim they are "not soliciting" and just claim they are "scheduling appointments to evaluate" (but, this is soliciting a service and/or product by definition). When told that the police would be contacted, they said, "We are not concerned about the cops." When notified by the Management and they are officially trespassed from the property and the cops are about to be called to issue a citation, they cursed us out and ran away in their vehicles which had no company signage and they had no license plates on their gray Honda Odyssey mini-van. This company is using illegal tactics and preying on vulnerable elderly citizens, and they obviously know they are doing so. They are rude, crude and they are not at all professional. They are prohibited from entering our community or they will be arrested for trespassing.
