Hello,

I am here to tell you I will not be buying any more cyberpower products in the future solely due to your customer service agent name "Willis" today 11/25.

I bought the PC on the same day but couldn't complete my purchase, so I refreshed the paged and added the PC again, but this time I did not add the headset.

Once the order submitted, the only way to update it is by calling CyberpowerPC sales at [protected]@cyberpowerpc.com

Please have your order number ready to help expedite your order and to get you to the appropriate sales representative.

After reading this, I called cyberpower, this person Willis told me that I have to reorder and loose out on the sales deal. So I asked him the cyberpower website clearly said I can change the order. Also, I wasn't asking them to change any components within the system just to add 1 headset.

Willis told me no. So, then I asked him can he just override 1 headset for this order? instead of me spending hundreds more just to get 1 headset.

He said "why would I repeat something to you that I just said to you?".

Then I asked him to help me get a manager on the phone to explain the situation and the unprofessionalism. He told me there's no manager and he is the only one that is allowed to speak to me because he is my service guy for this order.

Willis was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, disrespectful, unwilling to help. I filed a complaint to Cyberpower but the person that received it was him yet again.

This type of behavior does not belong in the workplace let alone customer relations.

It is profound how a 6 minute phone call with Cyberpower directly will result in the company losing loyal customers, a cancelled order and tens of thousands of loss in future sales.

I hope Cyberpower will select capable staff in the future to join their team.
