Engaged Cutter Group LLC in Sep 11 for short term payday loan. Refinanced at first pay down date, and a second time. After that needed to talk to cust service. The phone rings and rings and rings forever. Finally, a msg comes on saying to leave a msg with call back number. Did that repeatedly. No one ever called back, despite the had my contact info. Debited bank acct again, running up nsf fees. NEVER could get them to pick up phone! Zero customer service. Sent acct to zardem.com. Told them I was going to file complaints if they didn't work with me to pay down balance. They couldn't care less. Use at your own risk.

I can relate to all of the complaints above. I was awaiting a credit of $300 from another creditor & when I double-checked my account, I noticed a deposit from this Cutter Group company who I don't know and have never given my banking information to. Has anyone had any success in taking action against this company? If so, please provide details. I'm going to start action against these people!

hire a lawyer make sure owed amount is a real debt. I did see somewhere that it is illegal in the state of Kentucky for businesses to do online payday loans. Don't know for sure. As far as never answering the phone. You need to know where to send it if it is a legit debt, right? Too many scammers out there today. Don't just blindly send money to someone. Some scammers know if you owe money and can find out how much the debt is, and ask you to pay them for the debt. They make it all sound & look good but, your not paying the real company you owe the money too.

The number for this company is [protected]. I have lost 1350.00 to these people and cant get them to stop. now my bank has filed charges and is giving me all of my money back and taking this scam to court if they find them. 1350.00 is a lot for a 300.00 deposit that got in my account. but not in my name its showing my husbands name and he swears it wasnt him. So i am dont fighting with them, they got double what they put into my account. and for a reference dont use Bank Of America, thats who I had and they contiune to let it happen.

I had a time of severe need and received a loan from Cutter Group LLC for 300. Not only did I pay some of those payments before my bank lost a deposit of mine and threw my whole account up in the air. My account closed. I've since paid in full a settlement on that Cutter account. Now I've just gotten done paying a second settlement for the same account. They claim there are so many other lenders that make up Cutter. I need to get a cease and decist like they did in the state of Oregon. Hydra does the same thing, they resell your account to many collectors and they all threaten to take you to court, do employment things and so on with references. it's all very threatening and predatory...

I took a loan out almost 5yrs ago and things got tough and I never paid it back. I'm just now getting a call saying I owe 840.00 but they will settle for 240.00. Should I pay they will only take a credit card or a check. How do I know it's not a scam. They say I have till the 30th or they will take me to court. Help me
