I had a really bad experience with Customteesales. I ordered a shirt from ivartee, which I saw advertised on Facebook. They sent me an email on September 6th saying that my shirt had shipped, but when I tried to track it on the post office website, it said that they didn't have it. I also tried to track it on ivartee.com, but the order number from their email didn't work. I sent them multiple emails, but they never responded.

I decided to call them, but I had to wait on hold for ten minutes. When I finally got through, I was told that they were all busy and to call back later. Then the call just hung up! I was so frustrated that I decided to report them to the attorney general for fraud. I also reversed the charge on my credit card because I didn't want to pay for something that I never received.

It's really disappointing when companies don't follow through on their promises. I was excited to get my new shirt, but now I'm just angry and disappointed. I hope that other people don't have to go through the same thing that I did.
