I purchased RBP Glock rims 20x12 with -44 offset. I was worried I would be disappointed because I was ordering online rather than look at them in person. I was assured that I wouldn't be disappointed by the sales rep. He helped me choose correctly the right offset and backspacing needed for the lift and tire size I have.(10inch lift 37x13.50 tire). He said I may have to do very minor plastic trimming on front wheel well liner or hopefully none at all. Well I got the rims super quick right to door. No damage perfect way the rims are packed they even have a band that goes around the outer lip to protect from scratching and damage. The rims are gorgeous. My friends are jealous lol. And most of all they fit perfect no trimming no rubbing anywhere. The guy that helped me knew his stuff. Not a person that has no idea what your ordering. I would have ordered wrong size rims if it wasn't for him. Once rims are mounted they can't be returned. He saved me with his knowledge and set my truck right. I want to thank CUSTOM OFFSETS for everything. They are true professionals in this business. Go to their website they have enormous amounts of pics showing every lift rim and truck there is so you can see what your project will look like. You cannot go wrong with CUSTOM OFFSETS. WHY WASTE YOUR MONEY ELSWHERE. Thanks again Customer for life.

I bought used coilovers that turned out to be blown so i figured id do it right this time and go through fitment industires. I went on their website which was easy to use and ended up calling a representative to help make my decision. Chase who i worked with was super knowledgeable, helpful and just a cool guy in general. He helped me pick out what's best for my car and budget and i felt confident buying these coilovers. He even showed me what the wearhouse had in stock so i could estimate my wait times. Fitment Industries (the car side of custom offsets) also has a really great social media presence, im subscribed to their YouTube channel and follow their instagram. They constantly put out professional and well made content that i enjoy viewing. They have a great approach to the car scene and their gallery was extremely helpful when it came time to buy wheels so i could see what looks good and fits . I normally dont write reviews like this at all, I just feel like this company deserves some recognition. They've branded themselves as personable car guys who care about your build and what works best and it shows. Everyone sells coilovers, but i wanted to give them the sale and that says alot. However my coilovers haven't come in yet but my friends have vouched theyre good about shipping so if theres no update here know all went well

Bought Rims from Custom Offset. Had them mounted and balance. Rims were out of center creating a shake in the front end of my truck. Had a tire professional write up what was wrong with rims. I tried to contact the customer service depart for over a week. Three times I was on hold for more then 45 minutes. When I did get through on the phone a service rep would take my concern and pass it to their warranty personal. Went through this three times before I was contacted by the Warranty department, two weeks after problem started. The Warranty department will only make contact through email. They will email and transfer you to someone else who " Can make this right!" We've taken the rims back to the tire professional at Custom Offset request to see if all the rims are off center because they will not refund me my money! More of my time fixing their mistake. I've had countless hours on the phone and to many headaches playing their games (go Here, do this) to get replacement rims and the only progress I've made in 4 weeks is "they wont refund me my money and they don't want to pay for shipping!" Tires had to be put back on factory rims due to safety issue $120 and I took the rims in at their request $120 to be looked at further. Im sure this is money I'll never be reimbursed. Custom Offsets is the Worst company to do business with. Save your money.

It was a terrible experience. First my tires came mounted on the wheels which they were to be separate so that I could install the tpms sensors. So the tires had to be unmounted at an additional expense. Prior to doing that I noticed that one of the wheels had a defect so that wheel had to be returned while they shipped a new one which took a week. Then wen the new wheel arrived the tire store mounted them and found that one of the tires has a defect which caused it to have a big bubble on the sidewall they notified me that I would have to have it warranted by a michelin dealer. Trouble was that every dealer did not want to deal with it since they were purchased from custom offsets and not them. So finally the big o tire store took care of it and got it warranted. So then I had them finally mounted. I had and additional 6 mounting unmounting expense plus a dozen trips to and from the tire store. They promised to compensate for the addition expense I sent via email paid invoices 2xs and no word finally out of frustration l said give me a shipping label and I'll send everything back for a refund. someone responded to that and said that I needed to send a screen shot of them because they were unable to open the emails. I don't expect to get anything in the way of compensation. In addition they said that they would send a cap and t shirt for my trouble as well. Never got that either not that would give them free advertising after this experience.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company has no clue what they are doing and incompetent in every way. I ordered wheels and tires back the 1st week in Dec they said 8-10 weeks for completion. In Feb the day before they were supposed to ship i get an email about the custom plates that were supposed to be with the wheels that weren't described on the site or the 20 plus emails back and forth confirming my preference on what I wanted they stated the wheels didn't come with the coloring on the plates even though there is no option for color options. Then they ordered the plates with the coloring, lost them, ordered new ones, lost them... fast forward almost 2 more months i get a call from fedex i need to come pick the wheels up as the shipper put a hold on dock order. I drive an hour to go pick my wheels up... surprise no plates at all so I have basically unfinished wheels. Calls back and forth with hold times of 45 mins i finally get the plates almost 2 weeks later... no mounting hardware for the custom plates... more phone calls and hour long wait times get them shipped. When they arrive only enough screws for 2 wheels... more phone calls and finally almost 5 months after ordering i have everything I ordered and paid for and the wheels have scuffs and marks on them I assume from the guy polishing them dug in to deep. I urge you if you need wheels and tires steer as far clear away from custom offsets as possible I don't think anyone in their entire company even knows what a custom wheel is. They wouldn't be fit to work the graveyard shift at McDonald's in a small town with no people. They are the worse company I've ever had to deal with and I'm glad I will never use them ever again and will make sure I tell anyone and everyone I know never to order from them as well

I am very disappointed in the quality of products and service I am receiving. This company has misdirected me time and time again with false advertising, false promises, and low quality products. First, I called before ever purchasing my products from them to ensure the products would work on my stock Dodge Ram 1500. I was assured that the products I was considering would work. However, when I received them, the lift was the only thing that worked. The wheels and tires did not work as there was not enough space. I called to consider an exchange as I had not driven a single mile on the new wheels and tires. I was told that even though I was told directly from the company these wheels and tires would work, that in order to exchange the non-working product, I would have to pay a couple hundred MORE dollars to exchange to a product that works or buy an additional product (wheel spacers) to make my current product work. I was not told upon my initial phone call that I may need wheel spacers; however, I got suckered into spending more money because now I have a product that doesn't work as is. Secondly, my tires were supposed to arrive mounted and balanced. I have had to have my new tires balanced TWICE because their product did not arrive as advertised. So again, due to their lack of quality, I am having to fork out more money to correct your product. Finally, upon my second visit to the mechanic to check for balancing, the mechanic identifies that my wheel is out of round. So, not only did my product not arrive as advertised, BUT IT IS A FAULTY PRODUCT CAUSING A SAFETY ISSUE FOR MY TRUCK. This company has screwed up on this order time and time again. When I try to make it right, I am required to hemorrhage more money for their error to either return/exchange the product or have it fixed. I called the other day and spoke to a manager because I have lost all faith with their product and wanted a refund to be able to seek help from another company. He asked me to agree to let them make it right one more time. The deal was that they would pay shipping/restock fee for me to return my faulty tire AND pay for a new tire to be shipped to me. They also agreed to pay to have it mounted and balanced. The new tire would have a warranty on it so that if other issues arose, I could make a warranty claim. I agreed to this because 1) I was finally not being faulted for their lack of quality and 2) I was willing to give them a chance to make it right if they were willing. Custom Offsets, please, listen to the recorded call to verify our deal. NOW, I am told that the fees are once again for ME to pay in order to fix THEIR service and quality issues. A total reversal from what was promised. I am again expected to pay for them to correct their issue. This is absurd. They made the mistakes. They did not advertise honestly. They sent the faulty product. Yet, I have to pay anything to make it right? This company is dishonest and dangerous. Because they all had originally agreed to make it right, I was not going to review my experience with the public. However, your lies should be exposed so that others do not make the same costly mistake that I did.

Absolutely horrible experience. Where do I start? I paid $2800 for a set of rims and tires. I used there website directly, which prompted me to every option available for my truck. I choose the set I liked and completed my order. There were no red flags raised or thoughts to contact the company as I had been prompted directly through to the "perfect fit". I received my wheels/tires mounted and balanced( paid extra for bead balance, as supposedly a better option). Received my wheels and tires and installed them. Rode like I was being pulled down a dirt rode in a Radio flyer Red wagon. I immediately contacted Custom Offsets to let them know. The response I received was I needed hub centric rings. ( I ordered what I thought to be a complete package to fit my yr/make/model with no concerns as I was prompted through, but anyhow). 2 weeks later I received the cheapest 3d printed plastic hub centric rings available. I thought no different (they are the pros right?) I them unimstalled my rim and tire package installed rings amd reinstalled wheels and tires. The hob centric rings were of no help. Still the same ride quality. I then contacted Custom Offsets again and was told it was a balancing issue and they would send me $50 to purchase hub centric rings locally, or $25 a wheel to have them rebalanced. Against my well, with pretty much no other choice I took them to Discount Tires a national tire chain. ( Here's were the fun begins, keep up! Keep in mind these are brand new ceramic coated over sized wheels and tires with about 20miles on them, $25 to rebalance a wheel and tire wasnt gonna happen. During my experience with Discount Tire I was notified the tires were stretched over rum amd wasn't able to be balanced with there state of the art machine due to that fact, a long term employee steps in and manually tries and still fails to get them 100%. Well during this entire ordeal Discount Tires damaged all 4 wheels and tires. Discount Tires agreed to take care of there lose. However Custom Offsets is still on the hook here., as I wouldn't have been at Discount Tires if Custom Offsets had not gone against tire manufacturers guidelines and stretched the tires over rims. I contacted Custom Offsets and sent photos of the machines from Disount tires . I was instructed it was manufactur issue and I needed to Fill out a warrenty claim. I filled out the claim and took 16 photos of the tires for the claim. (We are a few months into the process at this time) The claim took about a week and was denied. Custom offsets emailed me and said the warrenty was denied by manufactur due to tires being stretched over rims. I was then told that they would sell me another set of tires at there cost with free shipping. Lol, REALLY! I ask to speak with management because I felt like I was given every excuse that wasn't there fault then offered to buy more tires. After a i left a bad Google review. I then received a email from JAKE. The Mgr supposedly. JAKE replied he would gladly replace the four tires with a promissory that I'd send the other four tires back. I replied to JAKE that I'd like to speak on phone because there where hiccups with the entire deal and I wanted to be upfront. So we spoke on the phone about 45mins in which i explained the entire situation that you just read. I explained how Disount Tires damaged my wheels and tires during the rebalance and were replacing them. And that I couldn't sign a promissory note because Discount Tires would probably keep the damaged wheels and tires. Well then JAKE takes it upon himself and calls Discount Tires and speaks to someone not involved in the issue. He then emails/text that he is only willing to replace one tire IF I REMOVE MY GOOGLE REVIEW as Discount Tires (wrong employee) said 1 was out of round. Not the case at all. Custom Offsets went against the manufacturers guidelines/warranties and damaged the tires prior to sending them to me. I now am being bullied into believe I'm in the wrong for asking for replacements for the tires they damaged before even sending them to me. JAKE has replied since Discount Tires is replacing the tires it unreasonable of me to expect him to also. FOR REAL? YOUR COMPANY IS THE REASON I WAS EVEN AT DISCOUNT TIRES! YOUR COMPANY OWES ME TIRES AND TIME COMPENSATION! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND POORLY RUN. THEY LED CUSTOMERS TO BELIEVE THEY ARE ORDERING A PERFECT FIT DUE TO BEING PROMPTED THROUGH THERE WEBSITE AND WHEN IT DOENST WORK OUT THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER. TOTALLY NOT A GOOD BUISNESS.
