Curbside Waste review: Garbage can removal and extra yard bins

I have NEVER had so much trouble with Curbside waste as I’ve had the last week and a half. I’ve called 5 times now as when I ordered yard waste it was $265, I requested the two extra bins they state you can have. Nope, the truck dropped off 2 extra garbage bins. Ok, no problem I called the day after and I was told Monday 6/23 they would be removed and replaced with yard waste bins. I’ve called a total of 5 times since that Friday and no one is willing to escalate me to a manager AND I still have 2 extra garbage bins at my curb and still have never gotten the yard waste bins. At this point I’m beyond pissed, why am I spending so much money to be ignored at every turn?
