CSL Plasma review: Bottom of the barrel management!

The donation center on Westfall Rd. in Rochester NY is the worst experience for donors and employees. The manager "Robert" is the most biased, judgmental, racist, and incompetent "manager" I've ever encountered. He is rude, nasty, and lies to donors and employees and humiliates them in front of others. He has favorite employees and is selective with who receives disciplinary actions and who does not. Robert is the #1 reason staff will not stay at this facility! Bottom line: Save your time and frustrations and go to BIOLIFE!
