I am filing this public complaint to formally allege that Crypto.com is engaged in serious financial fraud. Based on my direct experience, I assert that Crypto.com operates a boiler room crypto operation designed to deceive customers, obstruct access to funds, and ultimately steal money through deliberate manipulation of their platform.
The conduct I encountered is not accidental. In my view, it is organized, intentional fraud. Their website functions like a trap: broken withdrawal systems, circular verification loops, non existent support, and mechanisms that appear engineered to prevent customers from retrieving their own money. These are not isolated glitches they form a pattern consistent with a coordinated scheme.
I am not requesting a refund. They can keep the money they took. My purpose is exposure and accountability. I have the energy, the time, and the determination to pursue this for as long as it takes years, if necessary. I will not stop until this operation is fully exposed.
I will be filing formal reports with:
• The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Banking regulatory authorities
This is a matter involving financial fraud, and I intend to ensure that every relevant regulatory body receives a detailed account of what I allege to be criminal conduct.
Beyond regulatory filings, I will be publishing extensive documentation online — through a dedicated website, through Google, and across social media — outlining the tactics, patterns, and behaviors that I allege constitute a boiler room crypto fraud operation. I will continue to warn the public and make sure this information remains visible.
Crypto.com may keep the money. What they cannot escape is the scrutiny and exposure that I will pursue relentlessly.

Desired outcome: Criminally Charged!

Tried to unsubscribe from Crypto.com’s marketing emails. Simple request - yet they make it impossible. Their “unsubscribe” link is broken, and it’s hard not to see it as deliberate, effectively holding people hostage to their mailing list.

Under Canadian law - specifically CASL (Canada’s Anti‑Spam Legislation) - companies are required to provide a functional, easy-to-use unsubscribe mechanism in every commercial electronic message. That mechanism must allow recipients to opt out at no cost, must be processed within 10 business days, and must not require additional steps like logging in or navigating through obstructive pages. Sending marketing emails without a working unsubscribe option is a violation of CASL, and continuing to email someone after they’ve attempted to unsubscribe can constitute unauthorized electronic communication.

Crypto.com’s refusal (or failure) to provide a functioning unsubscribe link isn’t just bad practice - it’s potentially illegal under Canadian anti‑spam regulations.

I also want to mention that I’m not coming at this blindly. I have over 25 years (in Law) of intense experience dealing with legal matters, contracts, disputes, and consumer‑rights issues. I’ve seen a lot of companies try different tactics over the years, and I know what’s acceptable and what crosses the line. That’s why I’m speaking up here; the patterns I’m seeing are not normal and not something people should just ignore.

If you’ve had similar problems with this company, I’m gathering information from others who want to share their experiences or explore possible action. If you’d like to be included, send me an email with your contact information and a brief description of what happened at...admin@executedrights.com
