Crypto.com review: BS app/site, customer service impossible to deal with.

I had an acct opened fraudulently (how they bypassed a license or passport is beyond me), and when I went close "my acct", after jumping thru hoop after hoop the ai chat bot and then a "live" person had me go through, I gave up. Even after uploading my license, answering the verification questions, they kept have me do something else... Then something else... And on on. Ive never used crypto, have 0 activity or money on the acct and these [censored]s had me wasting over a half hour to not even close my account. [censored] em.
