Crunch Fitness review: an employee name david

I called to crunch fitness in la Mirada off o valley view, regarding on why I was charged 68.95 to my debit card. I spoke with David who was extremely rude. I wanted to know why and what it was for. Instead of making me understand why, he was just like that's why we show it to you. I paid $1 to sign up. I knew about the monthly $30 dollars but didn't know why I was being charged more. He than. Told me to call back later and that he couldn't talk to me anymore because he had a customer inside the gym waiting to be helped. My concern at hat point was how come no one else there could help and if I was going to get a refund for something I had no idea about paying for. David needs to have better customer service. He obviously does not like his job. I have not experienced this with any other gym and he needs to have better customer service if he wants people to sign up. I'm unhappy and I will go and cancel my membership.
