I am writing to formally dispute your denial of responsibility regarding the significant damage to my 2024 Kia Telluride during a recent visit to your carwash. Your response is completely unacceptable and factually inaccurate.
Date of Incident: 05/13/2025
Incident ID: 73305
We have been loyal members of Crew Carwash since this vehicle had just 300 miles on it — essentially brand new — and have trusted your service ever since. That trust has now been completely undermined.
I have video evidence of a Crew Carwash employee explicitly stating that the heat used in your wash process is known to melt adhesive and cause this exact kind of damage. This admission was made immediately following the incident, directly contradicting your claim of non-responsibility.
While my vehicle was in neutral and under the full control of your automated rail system, it was receiving service from Crew Carwash. You have provided no evidence to show that your wash process did not loosen the trim or otherwise cause this damage. Meanwhile, I have direct video testimony from your own staff that clearly supports my claim.
Since the incident, we have been unable to wash our vehicle due to its current condition — it now has visible gaps in the trim and plastic panels held on with duct tape. This is completely unacceptable for a nearly new vehicle, and it would not be in this condition if it had not been through your carwash.
Additionally, I must correct several critical errors in the documentation you provided. The part referenced — Driver Front Door Weatherstrip — is not the component involved in this claim. The damage clearly pertains to the rear passenger door trim, not the front driver-side door. Furthermore, the paperwork references a 2023 vehicle, while my Telluride is a 2024. These mistakes demonstrate a lack of care and accuracy in handling this issue.
Desired outcome: Immediate escalation to upper management, full refund for this month, immediate membership cancellation, and full responsibility by Crew Carwash for repairs to our 2024 Kia Telluride.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated
We’ve been loyal Crew Carwash members since our 2024 Kia Telluride had just 300 miles. Unfortunately, during a recent wash, significant damage occurred to the rear passenger door trim. I have video evidence, including a Crew employee admitting their heat process is known to cause this exact issue—yet they are refusing to take responsibility.
Their response has been dismissive, inaccurate, and unacceptable. The damage left us with trim gaps and duct tape holding plastic panels in place on a nearly new vehicle. To make matters worse, the documentation they sent references the wrong part, wrong location of damage, and even the wrong year of our car.
We’ve since had to cancel our membership and are pursuing action through the BBB and other consumer channels. I would urge others to use extreme caution—if damage happens, don’t expect support or accountability.
