I cancelled this back in Feb but noticed I'm still after all this time still being charged for this service that I initially thought was for a payday loan. I'm emailed many times and still getting charged and it taking all my money I usually put into savings away now.
Attached is a screen shot of the initial cancellation email from feb.
So not.only was I wrongfully told way I was signing for I be also been taken for hundreds of dollars.and for a single mom with 3 kids and no help at all elsewhere it means a lot to have that much go out of my income.
Desired outcome: Have membership cancelled and refunded for march April and may payments I was charged at least

There is no account I can sign into to cancel my apparent membership. This guy is taking advantage of people with poor credit that cant afford to make these payments in the first place. I would like confirmation my account is cancelled and to be refunded the *** a week they take. Secondly they claim 24 hour 7 days a week service and no one ever answers the phone or replys to emails. I never applied for any loans or anything yet Ive been getting these charges from this company! Ive only figured it out as I went and did the research I originally thought it was a bank charge. I expect the fees to be refunded as well as the fees charged for the transaction going through my savings account to be refunded otherwise I will file a lawsuit in court for fraud and identity theft.
I applied for a loan through credit value, since applying I have had multiple withdrawals from my account of $18.99, I never once consented to having money taken fro my account, nor did I ever receive a loan. I want a reimbursement of all the fees taken from my account.
I was looking to get a payday loan and found credit value. I never fully applied for a loan. This was on Nov 10th. Four days later, I was charged an amount for something I never signed up for. They just went right into my bank account and took the money without permission. I would like these charges cancelled and refunded as it already left me with a negative balance in my account and I will be receiving a non-sufficient funds charge for this.

This company somehow got my banking information from another loan company or tricked me into this service through a third party, as today, $18.99 was taken from my account. I have received zero communication from this company, nor have I received any sort of receipt. They are clearly a shady company because if you search for the agreement in *** it clearly states no refunds and 30 days are required to cancel service that I guarantee, most customers did not intend to be customers. This means that they will potentially *** at least 3 more weekly payments out of me if they even do desist debiting my account. I may have to resort to a stop payment at my bank. I have no supporting documents as I have not been in contact by this company.
I was recently looking to apply for a loan when I came across Credit Value. I never signed any documents or applied for any financial services through Credit Value. However, on Friday, July 8th, 2022, I noticed an unexpected shortfall in my bank account. Credit Value had taken a service fee from my account without my authorization, as I did not sign any legal documents for such a transaction. They withdrew money from me for a service I never applied for. I reached out to them and consistently encountered a voicemail, receiving no response to my inquiries.
This company is a disgusting ***. They take out 18.99$ from my account, without my permission, about every 4days. This has created and seems like it will continue to create lots of NSF fees and issues that I have to deal with while already struggling financially. I had no idea who they were until I saw the charges on my account, I repeat I did not sign up for their services and have no idea how they got my info to do this. You can see in the reviews that this is a common practice for this disgusting company. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Some company known as Credit value seemed to have used a proxy website to access my Bankikg info cause i didnt ever access their website seeking a credit report or loan, and now im being Charged *** weekly for a service i know nothing of, i suspect a proxy website cause when i asked for any proof payment they gave me a Signed Contract i Distinctly never recall filling. I firstly would like to Insist they refund me the 2 debit alerts i received and for all further debits to be ceased Immediately!

I did not complete these steps nor did I sign any sort of contract.Today I look at my bank statement and see that $18.99 has been taken out of my account from credit value. I had call my bank to find out what this charge was, and had my account locked and card cancelled due to believing this to be a *** charge. I called the company and left a message, received a call back finally and was informed that by applying I agreed to this weekly fee yet it was stated nowhere on their website. I asked for my account to be deleted and refunded as no service was provided and was denied. I asked to speak with a manager regarding a refund, and was told I would be called back and have received no such call.

The company's operations seem dubious because when you review their contract, it explicitly mentions that refunds are not permitted and a notice period of 30 days is required to cancel a service that I am certain most people did not willingly sign up for. This implies that they could continue to withdraw at least three more weekly payments from my account unless they cease the debits. I am considering placing a stop payment order with my bank to prevent further losses. I lack any supporting documents since the company has not reached out to me.

How do they expect me to afford this when I was trying to seek help from them! They put my family in more distress than we already are. False advertising should be illegal and I feel this company needs to make things right with everyone who files a complaint. Better yet be shut down completely. Not only has this company lost a lot of peoples distrust but it has ruined the reputation of other legitimate companies. You gotta love how credit value responds to these complaints with the exact same response it is a copy and paste response. They are shady. I called last year and fought with them for over 3 hrs cause they kept hanging up on me then not answering the phone. I was told rhere is only 2 people working the call line. And that the agreement is in the terms and policy so I asked to have them emailed to me they refused. I then made another account and went to the site and found them they sre knly posted kne place and it is after you have already agreed to apply for the payday loan that you can read them. Andnjt states that if a payment is nsf they can try again the following week after 2 missed payments the contract is terminated ated at the companies discretion. I had to fight tooth and nail for them to stop making payments the company states they can build your credit quickly they did thus to me and had my bank account 800$ overdraft from nsf fees. And that ruins your credit not help build it. These people are scam artists that have found a backdoor into doing this to people that don't have the money to fight back. I applied to a payday loan company the other week and as soon as it went to credit values site I backed out of the pages but somehow they have the info again and are charging me yet again and they won't answer the phones I have been calling for 5 days now. Credit Value took $18.99 from my bank account without my authorization, consent or previous information that they would. They have not responded to emails or calls, and it is clear at this point from all the rest of these reports that it is a *** company. They have also claimed they will remove further funds from my account. That they pulled funds out of my account when it did not have funds to pull out of, charged me an additional $50 for being overdrawn. There is no receipt to provide as no service was purchased, and I was never informed I would be charged. I never received any possibility for the 'loan application' that was provided, nor did I ever receive confirmation of any kind, just a charge from my bank account.

On the 10th or 11th of August I was online looking for a loan for debt consolidation. first link was *** It required me to fill out bank information which I did ( I assumed this was normal ) i was accepted but rate was *** percent so I refused I then went to the next link which was Credit Value link took me too a page requesting bank information which i assumed was the norm and filled it out They asked me if I wanted my rent reported as a positive credit while I said no as i found this strange they then wanted me to send them a copy of my credit report which made me stop and leave site because it didn't make sense why I should have to send it to them why couldnt they get it. Saturday Aug 15th i noticed a debit in my bank account for 18.99 from them I called no response after further investigation I found a page that I hadnt seen saying they would charge me 18.99 a week for what I dont know i did not authorize this debit or any debit from my account.

On Wednesday 10/05 I applied for what I thought was a credit card. It went through all the steps & at the end sign it. It was going to be *** for a fee. After reading it over again and receiving an email stating that to get started you had to get your credit score , then schedule this meeting with someone & then you could get your credit card. I realized it was NOT at all what I thought and immediately emailed the company telling them to please cancel everything and makes sure nothing comes out of my account. I did not receive a response back so I tried to call them. After about the 4th time trying I reached a person & told *** said rest assured I'll deleted all of your information out of our *** will not be charged. I sign into my bank today and low & behold there is a charge for ***. This company has taken out 4 withdrawals in under 30 days without my permission. I have no idea how they Got in my account but it was directly taken from my checking account. They take out $18.99 every time. I wrote them an email on Apr.21, *** today. Said they have a signed contract from me but cant email documents on sundays lol. Then I was told to send in my bank statements and email them to her but that she couldnt email me my contract today, again because apparently they cant email from their location on Sundays the lady stated that no one works on Sunday to which I replied then why are you working on a Sunday? In any case, I demanded all of my money back and they refused. I then told them that I will be filing a complaint and may take them to court so they can either send my four deposits back or spend a lot more money on court. Im on disability and obviously dont have extra money to spend on ***. I cant afford this problem anymore and I am very annoyed.

I was billed twice for a subscription too this company. I called them and have talked to the same man- extremely unprofessional- 3 times. Nobody needs two subscriptions so I just wanted to get atleast one cancelled. I'm just repeatedly being told that subscriptions cannot be refunded, that I cant speak too a manager or someone higher up because they aren't there. He told me that I should have an automated email standing that 18.99 would be taken from my account , twice and I have search my emails, never finding a trace of these supposed emails. When I called back today he told me my account had been deleted? So what? I pay $34 to this company for absolutely nothing ? And zero compensation, or ability to even use what I paid for? I have a strong feeling this is a ***. I said I was going to look further into this legally and he said "no wait-" as I hung up (after being refused a second time to speak with someone else). If it isn't a *** this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I was charged $18.99 from Credit Value, a company that I've never heard of. I looked through my emails and couldn't find any contract that I signed with this organization. I never consented or gave them authorization to debit my account for their services. I contacted the company by phone and they were back pedaling and not giving direct answers or a reasoning as to why they have my account information and have access. My banking institution gave me a refund on the account that this company would reimburse them. The company had no idea who I was when I called and didn't have any record of me. A representative on the phone said that he had to get a manager to contact me. I doubt that that will happen. 45 minutes after I initially called, I received another phone call from them and they were asking for someone named ***... I said no... this is *** and they said my apologies, wrong person. I told them that I was waiting for a call from a manager and when that would happen, and again, they couldn't give me a concrete answer. This company needs to be shut down.

It has cost me almost $500 cash in four months.I only give my banking information to *** so I can only assume that my information was garnered by *** or at least incredibly deceptive means. I only found this out by reviewing my statements today lagging due to an extended hospital admission and rehabilitation which continues to render me disabled to this day.This company provides no services to me nor have they ever. I have never received correspondence from them either at the outset or to this day. I dont do direct withdrawals for heat, hydro or taxes which is why I would never have approved such for these manipulators if not outright ***.Please send out the strongest message possible to these people and based on your investigation warn others to avoid them at all cost. Good people are getting fleeced out of almost $100 per month. Its utterly reprehensible. When I went to my Mobile banking app and checked my account sure enough there was *** taken from my account.. I have never even herd nor have I ever done any business with this company credit value. I did not purchase anything from this business however somehow either through a third party website they received my bank account information.My dispute is I never signed up for this business service I don't have an email confirmation of signup I looked through my email and my web history. I never visited this site and requested their service. I did not receive a phone call or email regarding this so called service they offer. I discovered on April 25 there are two transactions for $18.99 when I investigated who this company was I contacted them immediately.They claimed I signed up for their service when I told them i did not they cancelled it immediately. However when it comes to paying my NSF fee the management became belligerent and refused to pay. This company is *** people in of m of some how when people are applying for a loan. Any reputable company I have applied for loan has contacted I have emails from them. This company who claims unsigned up for service has nothing so where are they getting people's banking information. Credit Value has been debiting my account biweekly, causing financial and time loss.
Credit Value has been withdrawing $18.99 from my account every two weeks, seven times in total, costing me money and time. I've had to request my bank to block these payments repeatedly. Eventually, I had to open a new bank account. I'm unfamiliar with Credit Value and never consented to their services. Despite requesting proof of my sign-up, they failed to provide any and even hung up when I asked them to remove my account and banking details. This issue started last October, and they've continued attempts to charge me. I discovered that an online payday loan provider shared my banking details with Credit Value after I took a second loan. They persistently tried to debit payments on unapproved dates, leading to a $48 NSF fee from my bank. Although I repaid the last loan, their app inaccurately shows I still owe $230. I've contacted them to correct this and to stop sharing my information with Credit Value, but they've been uncooperative and even denied selling my details. I'm seeking assistance to have my account deleted and to protect my credit rating from these fraudulent activities. I'm also requesting a goodwill credit for the trouble caused.
