Customer service
After listing to the financial advisers, I felt strategic wealth designers was right for me. However, I did not receive some information during a conference call as I was told I would, and I was upset. So, I tried to call my financial adviser, where I was told he was booked and I would have to make an appointment to speak to him. Which is not a good sign when you need to talk to someone about a problem. I then sent an email to my financial adviser, and he replied that he was in meetings all day and could not get back to me. So, I sent an email letting him know I was not happy. On monday, I received a phone call telling me that strategic wealth felt that I was not going to be a good fit for them. The bottom line, I now have to start all over in trying to find a new financial adviser. So be warned, if you disagree with strategic wealth, you run the risk of being dropped with no notice. In my opinion, this is not a good business attribute, which tells me they are not committed to working with you in the good times as well as the bad time.
