I received notice of a collection account by Radius Global Communications in Oct 2022 relative to an apparent unpaid Cox service of $495 in Council Bluffs, IA. I'd not had Cox service nor been in Council Bluffs and through government associated credit monitoring the collection was removed. Radius Global Communications initially only had my name but gained my telephone number, and was notified not to recontact me. Via communication dated 5 Sep 2023 I received new notice of collection from Credence on the same Cox account, [protected], plus fees for $507.01. Credence had additional personal information to mail me notice Radius Global didn't have to show I'd been a customer at my location since 2001. I contacted a "Brent" apparently in Fraud on 9 Sep 2023 and was told to complete a form online and the account would be handled, to include the collection company. I've spent considerable time online in Cox information and have no clear idea what Brent meant for me to complete but the collection with Cox is getting tiresome as I've not had service yet there may have been a Thomas McDaniel previously in Council Bluffs if anyone did their job. Tom McDaniel, Lynn Haven, FL, [protected].

Desired outcome: Clear the Cox account and Credence Collections off my back as I've never had service here.
