My course hero account was blocked, but there was a message that I can withdraw my earnings after it reaches $20 but when I tried to withdraw, I am unable to do so because it says that my account cannot be verified using sms. I have attached an image for better clarification. I contacted the tutor support team but they told it is not a system issue and they asked me to type the number correctly. I tried several times with the correct number but still couldn't withdraw my earnings. Please help me.

With a 92% helpful rate, I work as a Chemistry tutor on this platform. I have been unable to access my account since yesterday because it says that either my email address or password were entered incorrectly.

I tried to get in touch with their team, but no one responded. Instead, they sent me an email with an expired link for the verification process, so I tried using that link again, but to no avail. I attempted to reach out for the same but received no response.

I want to add that without making a single error, I always work with the utmost integrity.

Hi, I uploaded documents this year, 2021, without much of a thought and most documents I have uploaded haven't been proof read in which I just clicked and clicked without checking each document. I want to delete all my uploaded documents to further stop misinformation and to avoid copyright infringement cases. Please help me. Professors in our school are asking all students to remove any documents they have uploaded online. Please help me delete all of my uploaded documents. There are 820-30 documents in my account, and I want them all be deleted before anyone finds out about it and read it, and spreads misinformation. Please do help me

Course Hero charged me one year subscription fee (S$170), without seeking my permission.

Neither they sent me any email/ message or call before the charge.

They didn't send me email, even after the charge. I came to know about the charge via my Credit Card bill. (Lucky that I checked the credit card bill this time).

These are unethical business practices.

Hello I am sonia and about 15 days before I took 165$ subscription for course hero, but now it showing for unlocking documents I will have to pay more money why is it? If they cannot provide best services to me please return my money. I do not want anything. We are student and it is very hard for us to earn money it is not for wasting. Solve this issue otherwise I will have to take a strict acrtion.

On the course hero platform, I am a chemistry tutor. I made an effort to withdraw funds from the account. The system said I had to verify my phone number before I could withdraw the money. Then a message stating that we are unable to verify your message appeared, and when I tried to log into my account to check on the status, it stated that your account has been locked due to numerous unsuccessful attempts for entering a number. However, I added the same number twice, so why am I being locked?

Try to unlock my account, please. I received a good rating there.

Course hero gave me probation period and blocked my tutor account.

I can't even log in to my account to get an evidence my pending earnings.

Thats unfair practice done by them to save themselves from paying.

I am sharing a record of 7th october , and i earned alot even after this date till 9th of October.

They are not paying me the pending earnings which were around 350 USD. My earnings grew at a fast rate in the last 2-3 days.

I started working as a Tutor in CourseHero last September 28, 2023, everyday I logged in and work as a Tutor answering questions of bunch of students...

Afterwards, just today I found out I received a violation warning that I violated something to which I did not commit anything. They just removed me without paying me after I worked for a weeks to tutor students online and answering questions, then suddenly CourseHero took me out from the program without paying me.

I recently attempted to log in to my account and encountered a "Bad Request" error. I want to emphasize that I use my account with loyalty and dignity, adhering to all the terms and conditions outlined for the CourseHero account. I have thoroughly read all relevant articles and guidelines to prevent any violations.

Despite these efforts, I find myself experiencing this error once again. I want to assure you that I approach my work with the utmost professionalism.

Today I was trying to log-in, it said "Bad Request". From several hours I am not able to log-in. I have been trying to reach Coursehero. but they have disabled my account. They are not returning the money that I am owed. From last 16-18 days, I have spent over 150 hours on the website solving 87 questions and accrued $256. They are taking free labour and not paying them.

They come up with the same copy paste email about "suspicious activity". Then when you submit, they disable you again.

Why is no American Agency or the state of california taking action against such agencies that get free labour from tutors worldwide.

my dashboard shows" This tutor account has been locked as a result of reaching the maximum number of failed phone number verification attempts. To potentially resolve this issue, please send an email to [protected]@coursehero.com."

I already contacted course hero tutor support but no response of unlocking of my account.

I am unable to log in on my account in any devices I am using. I cannot log in thru mobile app and the website itself (thru laptop, Iphonr and Android Phone).

I am logging in thru Google Sign In and whenever I do so, it keeps prompting ‘Bad Request’, or ‘The Page Cannot be Displayed’ or ‘There was an error. Please Try Again.’

I tried logging in using Incognito or Private Mode and still receiving the sane response.

I paid for a full year only to receive , after u locking, documents that were not the correct doc and or incorrect information. I tagged many of these and after a couple weeks asked for a refund and stopped using the service as they want re money to unlock more documents. I sent an email explaining this and they refuse to refund a prorate. This service is predatory and a scam!

I subscribed thinking it was only going to cost me around 12 dollars a month or so, but instead I got charged 200 CAN dollars.

I cannot afford this pricing all in one go and this website is a literal scam.

It doesn’t matter if it was written in super small fine print, they should’ve made it clear from the beginning that it was paid for the entire year, not monthly. It’s ridiculous. Their website for subscribing is super misleading and unclear.
