Couriers Please review: Sick of my parcels never being collected!

I always book Couriers Please and give them over 12 hours notice and I am only 5 minutes from the CBD and they never pick by parcel up the day I book it. And if it is a Friday I have to wait until Monday as they don't pick up on a Saturday and this delays my customer 3 more days. This is not good enough and I am never using them again it has happened way too many times.
