I jus bought a used car from this dealership
I jus bought a used car from this dealership. They gave me a report sayin' the car was in good shape. But guess what? After drivin' it for just one day, it started makin' weird clunkin' sounds. So I took it to a shop and they gave me a report sayin' the suspension needs some urgent fixin'. But when I went back to the dealer, they flat out refused to do anythin' 'bout it or take the car back.
no regard for customer satisfaction
no regard for customer satisfaction. We were promised a certain interest rate and monthly payment, but when we received the paperwork, it was completely different. When we confronted him about it, he brushed us off and said it was a mistake. We had to fight tooth and nail to get the correct terms, and even then, we're not sure if we got the best deal. It's been a frustrating and disappointing experience overall. We expected better from a reputable dealership like Country Hills Nissan. We will not be recommending them to anyone and will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
Summary 1
Summary 1. They sold me a defective product. 2. They use unethical practices. 3. They are bad at after-sales service and have an arrogant attitude. 4. They lack knowledge and skill to perform the job. 5. They can't keep their promises or follow up on anything. 6. They have no respect for privacy protocols.
I bought a new car from Country Hills Nissan (CH Nissan) in December . The first thing that surprised me was that no one called me when I was applying for financing. For security reasons, I had put an alert on my credit bureau, stating that any lender receiving my loan application needed to call me to confirm before proceeding. Additionally, the financing manager told me not to pay off my loan early if I had extra money, claiming that I couldn't. Having worked in the finance industry, I knew this was a lie.
In January , less than a month after purchasing the car with less than 1000km mileage, a warning light appeared on the dashboard. I spent a whole day at the dealership, but they couldn't fix it and promised to follow up with me. It took me six months to finally get in touch with the dealership and have the issue fixed.
On October 20, with less than 3800km on the car, I couldn't start it. I left the car at CH Nissan on October 22 for diagnosis, but they told me there was no issue. On October 23, the car broke down again. I left it at the dealership on October 24, and this time they said the battery had died. I tried to talk to the manager several times, but just like the incident in January, no one called me back.
On October 26, I personally visited CH Nissan, where the manager, ***, basically humiliated me. He met me in an open office with two other people present, without giving any reason for their presence. Right from the start of our conversation, he began reviewing my personal information in front of those two individuals. Then CH Nissan ignored me again without calling back. This really made me feel like they were trying to avoid me because they knew they had sold me a defective product.
