Purchased an instant Ace Blender from Instanthome.com on 10/19/2021 order/invoice [protected] in the amount of $64.19 including tax. On 10/26/2021 item shipping status showed as processing.
Per Instanthome.com website on order shipping:

Contacted Instanthome for further shipping status details. The instanthome agent stated she could not provide additional order status from its processing status. I requested a refund and agent stated I could no longer receive refund but would need to return item when received. On 10/26/2021 disputed/requested refund from Pay pal credit which the payment method used for the Instnathome.com purchase. From time of dispute, Paypal credit allows merchants 30 or 90 days (depends on dispute process) for a dispute resolution. My concern with dispute (from previous experience) is that the 30 to 90 days would now extend the time frame merchants would have to show that either item has been returned or credit and or item has been shipped; meanwhile (from previous experience), I show that interest has been charged for next statement.
On 10/29/2021 order from Instanthome still showing processing. On 10/29/2021 I contacted Paypal Credit to express my concerns with dispute process and interest that I would acquire on a item that I have not received in its due process by law when a payment is taken; however, the agent disconnected after several attempts to explain. On 10/26/2021 I then contacted Instanthome which agent could still not provide an update on the order processing. I requested refund again explaining how it is unethical and the interest that I am being charged. The instanthome agent stated she will speak with accounting department and call me back with status on refund. Within hours on 10/29/2021, the Instanthome agent called back and stated that accounting department will process refund and for further communications if she can call back or prefer email. I stated email me would be prefer and that way I have record.
On 10/30/2021, Received email response from Instanthome pertaining to refund I requested with agent by phone on 10/29/2021 which I had been advised that was approved for refund by Instanthome/ Corelle accounting department. Email stated the following:
"I'm writing to follow up on your recent call with us about the order number: [protected]. I reached out to our Delivery Team and was told that the order can no longer be changed nor cancelled as it has been shipped out.
With this, since you express your intention to cancel the order, we suggest that you refuse the package once it is being delivered so the carrier will return the package back to us.
When the order is returned by customer refusal, a reimbursement will be processed automatically to the same account that was used to your order.
Returns Processing may be delayed during this time. Please allow 30 days for your credit to be processed once your return is received."
I replied back to email (attachment) expressing my disappointment on refund matter.
My concern and dispute of matter increase in which I did consider Covid/Pandemic (shipping time frame processing of item from merchant's location differs from delivery service). I have not been able to receive a refund from either merchant or PayPal credit (until dispute resolution time frame allowed), I will now have to pay return fee as stated on Instanthome's website.
Per https://www.instanthome.com/support/return-policy website on its return policy:
"If you're not 100% satisfied with any product, the Corelle Brands LLC Consumer Care Center will process a credit for the products sold through our E-Commerce Website or our Consumer Care Center within 90 days of purchase. A full refund minus the original shipping and handling charges and the $8 cost of the prepaid return will be issued."
Normally I receive deliveries which are left at my door and with no tracking number provided I would not know when to expect package and therefore refuse and have it return. At my expense and time, I will now have to return item to its delivery provider.
The matter of payment made on purchase (which I no longer have credit available til further resolution) to paying interest for the purchased item, while item has still not been delivered passed 10 days from purchase and no actual confirmation on tracking or when I will receive it.
My options at my expense:
Return item when received and pay return fee per Instanthome website and possibly not get interest credit back (which is something I will have to contact Paypal Credit hoping they understand), including the fact that there is a 30 to 90 day wait for processing of refund after Instanthome receives Item per their website and then another who knows how long for it to credit back to PayPal Credit. IMO dirty loop whole of the corporate world to take from the little and keep em little.
Keep the item and hold my pride back so that I don't have to pay return fees (which might supersede Interest fee) from an unethical company with no consideration on laws that should be enforced but are not with the pennies on the dollar unethical corporate world (do it to over a million consumers and it adds up). Meanwhile I paid interest on an item that I still today 10/31/2021, have not had item delivered with no confirmation of when and hope that Covid reasoning is not used as further delays.
Or final option would be sued and show that consumers matter, have rights and our time and money is valuable even to the pennies on the dollar. My money should not be taken unless service can be provided adequately. Businesses should be held liable on services not provided such as return fee policies such as Instanthome lays on the consumer.
