I had my check denied by United TranzActions, LLC without any explanation. I had more than enough funds to cover several checks of that size. It was really frustrating because it ended up costing me extra time, fuel, and a long drive just to get everything sorted out.

Complete Scam! I wrote a $7000 check to *** Brothers from an account with over $300,000 in it. These numbskulls declined the check and refused to tell me why. Any company doing business with these people needs to re-examine their treasury policies.

This seems like a scam. The service is terrible. They hung up on me three times and can only answer questions through email. It cost me money today! They can't even process an ACH properly because they keep messing up. I had to have my bank call them, and they just told me to send an email. I hope the employees are well-compensated, but I'm pretty sure they hate working there.

This seems like a real shady operation. There ain't no info 'bout how they do things or what they look for. If I ever find out a seller uses this service, I'm stayin' far away from 'em. I'm thinkin' 'bout tellin' the NYS AG office 'bout my worries so they can check out how this company, the owners, and any other businesses connected to 'em do their business.

This company ain't professional at all. They said some scary stuff to me about my check being NSF, even though it was approved when I made the transaction! UTA even went ahead and contacted the homeowner, which is against the law. They threatened to put a lien on my homeowner and made up lies about me. This ain't the end of it...

United TranzActions is a check authorization service. However, they don't give a reason or code to the customer when a check is denied. Instead, they ask the customer to join their check writer program. In all my years of writing checks, I have never encountered any issues like this before. It's concerning to see them pushing this program on customers without explanation. I plan to reach out to the President of the company to get some answers. I'm starting to question how UTA Tranzactions values their customers.

I rote a check to a business that uses United TranzActions. It denid my check several times and the business gave me a number to call. After being on hold for several minutes with UTA they said they got additional information and that my check should go through at this time. There should be no reason for my check denial. There was more than enough money in my account. I have never had a faulty check in my life. I was give an email address to UTA to find out the problem. I have not heard back from them. I also attempted to call them with no answer.

This company took *** dollars out of my account without permission twice and never paid my debt. They won't give me a refund or even discuss the issue with me.

I went to Mobile Home Depot in Palmetto Fl and they denied my check. They didn't even bother to give a reason. I had no choice but to use my credit card, which thankfully worked perfectly fine. I called my bank and they confirmed that we had enough money in our account to cover the check. The employee from United TranzActions (UTA) was not helpful at all, both to the store employee and to me.

United TranzActions, LLC is a company that, unfortunately, engaged in some questionable practices. They unlawfully accessed my account and withdrew funds electronically without my consent on multiple occasions. I never authorized any checks to be written to them. As a result, I incurred a bank fee of $70. It is important to note that they do not have any oral or written permission on record from me. This company is undoubtedly involved in fraudulent activities. Upon contacting them, they claimed that I owed money to one of my vendors, despite the fact that I had already made the payment.

United TranzActions, LLC has put me on their bad check list, even though I never wrote a check. Instead, I stopped payment on a company called 411 local, which I believe is a scam. On October 26, I contacted United TranzActions to address the issue. I informed them that this company had treated me unfairly. The lady I spoke to assured me that she no longer had any issues with them. This interaction made me realize that the entire situation is a scam.

United TranzActions has been folsly reporting to our vendor that our checks have insufficent funds. However, our checks do have sufficent funds. United TranzActions could merely contact our bank to confirm the validity of our checks. United TranzActions is folsly reporting this information because a scammer in a foreign country "blackballed" us to a United TranzActions agent. This should have been corrected 4 months ago, but United TranzActions refuses to fix the problem.

I bought a car from a dealership and paid with a check. The dealership sent the check to this company, but they rejected it without any reason. The dealership could easily see that I had enough money in my account. This company is a complete joke. They can go on about their fancy algorithms, but there are so many complaints against them. The clients that hire them need to know what they are doing to the customers that use their service. I'm going to make sure they do.

Today was my first day dealing with this company and their customer service is the worst I've ever had. I called today about a letter I received regarding a check that didn't clear. She asked who helped me with the payments, and when I told her, she suggested that person should pay instead. However, the person helping me is on a budget and can only provide limited assistance. Then she told me to return the car if I can't afford it and to call the lending company to arrange the return. She didn't offer any other solutions or discuss payment options. I rely on the car to take my son to doctor's appointments and school, so returning it is not an option. Her attitude was so rude that I felt terrible and didn't even want to eat my lunch. When I got the car, I never expected to lose my job. Sometimes life gets tough, but I'm not trying to avoid my responsibilities. I just need some time or a payment plan. They really need to hire people who can handle customers better. Some customers just want to discuss payment options or find ways to pay their balance. Times are tough, and we as customers don't want to feel worthless or like bad parents just because we can't afford to pay our balance due to losing our jobs. They need to improve their customer service.
