I had filled rebate for bio infinity Toric four box and bio infinity four box. First they said they need fitting information or proscription. Even know that was attached. Then tells me invoice quantity and delivered items down not match. Even know it says you qualify for $80 refund their system shows 50. Then bunch of excuses for not allowing rebates offer. You lost me as customer. Beware

    Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
